I have both and both fun to drive. The Raptor R definitely handles better but needs more upgrade options but also doesn’t necessarily need them. It was a good out of the box all around
@joseCalderon1976 the first thing I usually do is pull the electronics sell them and throw in a hobbywing and a decent servo. Its better than waiting till they go out and are not worth anything
Nice Comparison! Very simple very quick for people who are new to the hobby!
Thank you so much
Waiting on this is over. Thanks for doing this conversion. I should do this soon

Nice that's good to know
Like your videos, well explained
@@oscarcarrillo4924 thank you
Do you know any aftermarket tires option for Raptor R with the same size? All I see is for the regular 1/10 short curse tire which is smaller.
I haven't seen any tires for it. Maybe 1/8 scale buggy tires but then you lose the realistic look of it.
That raptor would benefit from GTR shocks, a center diff and some better electronics 👍
Ya I think so too.
@@OverBudgetRC That would transform it into something special. The ESC, motor and servo are weak. Hobbywing and a good servo would be my choice. 👍

@@joseCalderon1976 what are the main problems with the esc and motor?
I have a 1/16 slash 4x4 can I use that fox body kit on it ??
No these are 1/10 scale they are a lot bigger
@@OverBudgetRC what will you buy if you only had $200 a 1/16 slash or a Senton 2x4 1/10 which is only $180
How would I able to convert mines? 🤔
Ill post that video next week
@@OverBudgetRC Am guessing it would be quite expensive due to the Body and Lights and the Tires unless your running Prolines already..
@rcjunior888 ya the body is whats expensive
