I use Asda own dried oats that are 70p per pack . One table spoon of oats and 4 table spoons of formula/breast milk. Mix together and microwave for 20 seconds Stir and then microwave for another 20 seconds. Then they are done . Let cool a little and enjoy . You could boil apple and blend it and keep it in fridge and use for the next few days each morning with oats you make fresh . *tip* I blend my oats in a blender to make them smaller and then keep in a air tight container. Then on a morning you can just grab a spoon full of oats from your jar and pre made blended apple (if you wanted apple) and it’s less work.
Hi Tahmina Ali, you can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 days. I don't suggest freezing oatmeal because changes the texture.
