I used to deliver the Santa Monica Evening Outlook Newspaper in the Palisades .( Best part of LA ).. I had Ronald Regan on my route and I used to see Dean Martin every day at the Rivera . The Outlook went out of business when the stock market info started being broadcast over the air or on cable. I got very good tips . A small bit of history Ronald Regan lived in a house owned by GE and they paid his newspaper bills even though he let the Times the Harold and the Outlook pile up for days without reading them . When Regan became President GE sold a lot of airplane engines for jet fighters ,I had a 50 mile car route and I memorized the entire town .If I had the money today I would move there. I also have a good memory of when I saw Linda Carter in the highlands with her eyes that are one of a kind .She took my breath away for a moment looking at them.
Love this one, Pearce! Who wouldn't want to live in the Palisades?! It's so incredibly beautiful there. Thanks for the history, I didn't know this?? Awesome video, as always Pearce. 👌
I went to Palisades High class of 1986 it was the BEST AND GREATEST EXPERIENCE of my youth. To see and experience life and cultures from a different lense. It made me who I am, now with that being said, the homes are stunning, but CALI real estate whether you can afford it or not, NO JOKE.
You show what looks to be a drive between San Fran and Santa Cruz in this video and also a picture of a Target?! Since when is a Frickin’ Target in the Palisades?
I Went to Temescal Canyon Middle School in Brentwood. I would have went to Pali High If I had been able to stay in Los Angeles... Kinda Sad I didn't...
I know, right? Put your trust in this guy? Can’t be bothered to take a trip to the village and take a few photos? They would have been way better than this B roll.
Video clips (i.e. Target, Leo Carillo Beach, No. Calif. Coast) are very misleading. Not in Pac. Pal! C'mon, you can do better. You gloss over the Huntington/Marquez/Riviera). Doesn't lend you credibility as an authority on the area.

Palisades is the dream :)
Hilarious. Every photo of this video is a lie. Couldn’t you have just gone there and taken some actual photos? They would have actually been better.
I'm living my dream in my dream home in Pacific Palisades CA!!

Sunset Blvd is the only major road and it’s always busy and the shooing center is so small and congestion.

Thank you.
Gorgeous! Now, I know where to retire.
Thanks a lot!
elite = insanely expensive. A 1300 square foot “tear down” starts at $2MIllion
grew up there before it sold out.
The Palisades are cool but id much rather live in Palos Verdes, More calm, less expensive, more Privacy and less tourist.
Palos Verdes is surrounded by much much less expensive and more dangerous neighborhoods.
Your B-roll is all off (multiple time)… Target in the Palisades 😂
100% correct haha

Must be a very friendly, family-oriented environment. We were always treated like family by jewish friends
Why are you editing in photos that CLEARY ARE NOT THE PALISADES! Lazy lazy boi 🎉
Yes literally none of the extra shots are from the palisades...I laughed at the target and mention of a large shopping center
@@isabellatrask6832my favorite is the stretch of road that looks like it was shot somewhere between San Francisco and Santa Cruz.😂
🙏💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐🙏
you said mailbu is west of the palisades????? malibu is north. west is the pacific ocean!!!!!!
This guy is lucky to be accurate 30% of the time in this video.

You should blink more often.
