Agros electrophoresis: The electrophoretic technique used to classify DNA and RNA is through agros gels. The mobility of the nucleic acid in agarose gels is affected by the concentration and quantity of agarose And the form of the nucleic acid. Agros concentration of 0.5 to 3% is very effective for the fetus Acid separations. Gels with an acros concentration of less than 0.5% are highly brittle and should be Used in horizontal slab arrangement or in refrigerated room. Like proteins, nucleic acids Their molecular weights move at a rate inversely proportional to the fold; Therefore Molecular weight can be estimated from electrophoretic results using stable nucleic acids of Known molecular weight. The path of a molecule through a gel is affected by the shape and size Of the molecule. A smaller, smaller molecule is expected to have more mobility than the rod Such as, linear molecules. Most Agros gel electrophoresis tests are performed with horizontal slab gels. This The method is selected in vertical mode because the lowest vertical concentration can be used to the maximum Mobilization
