    Agros electrophoresis:
    The electrophoretic technique used to classify DNA and RNA is through agros gels.

    Molecular weight can be estimated from electrophoretic results using stable nucleic acids of
    Known molecular weight. The path of a molecule through a gel is affected by the shape and size
    Of the molecule. A smaller, smaller molecule is expected to have more mobility than the rod

    Most Agros gel electrophoresis tests are performed with horizontal slab gels. This

      @@davidedison4778 restriction exonuclease cuts the DNA strand ,only at the ends,,,so it is effective only when the desired gene is in the end of DNA strand,,this can't be used all the time,,,,but restriction endonuclease cuts in the interior of the DNA strand,,,so the desired gene can be cut by the endonucleases,wherever it is placed in the DNA strand
