Twinkie Playing Those Famous COGIC Shoutin Cords Of Hers On This One, No Matter What Organist Plays Shouting Music You Can Always Hear Twinkie Somewhere In There
Hallelujah works in ANY setting. Even the PTL crowd. They may have been clappin' on 1&3 and they may not have been cuttin' a step but you can tell they got the message!
@@brittlia_ I say that because I was raised in a white area and attended white churches. Trust me they were processing the Clarkk's type of worshiping style. Remember early on, they sang Pray For The USA, etc. Then they bust out with a high praise They had to try and clap on beat lol. They love the Clarks they have been on the 700 Club about 3xs.
Let me say this: What we just witnessed here is another reason as to WHY these 21st century Gospel artists, OWE these ladies such a huge debt. They tore down mainstream-barriers, by accepting venues like this (could say MORE but nope😳). Lol #WeStandOnTheirShoulders❤️
Surprise the hell out of the audience. That first note had them scared. That second note showed them the true feeling of the Holy Spirit. lol. I love the Clark sisters
How could they just sit there? I could tell Dorinda was ready to let go,but had to pull back. I could tell Karen was like let me tame my singing. This crowd was dead and like someone said already very uncomfortable.
Vintage Clark Sisters! Funny story. There’s a mini-mega church in my city maybe 90% white, I visited with a white friend. They did this song, had a praise break, were shouting, and the preacher was basically what Eminem is to rap. It made me uncomfortable. I took that same friend to my church and she said it reminded her of her church. GIRL DUH, all I could do was look at her. It was like I was on Bring It On.
Just love it when some people be looking like they just don't understand what's going on but I'm sure in this life they'll soon to understand the praise 🙏❤
The audience was kinda dry but they did seem to enjoy it tho. They should’ve been some of those white folks from the country that celebrate the Lord in praise music with gusto… knee slappin, Riverdancing and getting the Holy Ghost.
I gave this a thumbs down because I hate when Black performers have to dull themselves in front of white audiences to make them feel comfortable. Mahalia Jackson spoke about this same issue in her documentary.
That audience came for kale and got neck bones 😂😂 they was not ready!
Lol!!!! Yep!!

Dorinda holding down the soprano in Denise's absence.
Karen was not entertained in the beginning 💀💀
Since all 5 Clark Sisters are natural lyric sopranos, they all can fill in the soprano part.....I love this song

@Joseph Sanders “Name It, Claim It”, “You Brought The Sunshine”, and “Hallelujah”.
@@JayDrewGWP Right, those are the 3.
I would have been standing up clapping. They're so lame. That audience is drier than a Popeye's biscuit.
You ain’t lying!
The camera man was petty lol
Twinkie clark ware her self out on that organ.
I love this and I love them however Denise’s missing part in the harmony is throwing it off for me.

When are you going to upload the video of them singing Name it claim it
Are they singing at at funeral? These people in the audience look dead 💀 except that one black lady clapping 😂😂😂
Lol, you have to realize that this was the 80s and this type of worship was a little different for them.
Sing Dorinda
Er..hmmm. them ppl in the audience look uncomfortable because they getting shook to the soul...and not ready to deal with them skeletons along the way
That drummer is slacking I'm a professional drummer and if I was born in the 80s I would've killed them drums
I would kill to be in that audience and they are so dryyyyyy
