Just replaced everything on my corsa C. Tierods, inner and outer ball joints of the steeringrack and both control arms and driveshafts. Turned out that the steering rack was the issue all along 🤣 thanks for the video :)

It is impossible to find the spare part in an official dealership in Spain, and the main spare parts websites are out of stock. Some Russian websites offer it but have a very dubious reputation. Any suggestions @LarcsWorkshop Thanks

Replacing that bush on my corsa right now! This video saved me from getting a new steering rack. How on earth did you get the metal clip off the rod boot? I've been battling with it for 10 minutes
Fair play to you, i have a 2011 combo c van thats knocking like fxxk!! My problem is I'm on my 2nd steering rack in in 4 years! In that time also, I've replaced both wishbones, droplinks, anti roll bar bushings, bottom ball joints, shocks, shock mounts, springs, amd even the anti roll bar itself!!!, which by the way looked to be at a different angle to the one i took off the van. My tyre wear seems pretty even, but the knocks just getting worse again lately. The van actually passed its DOE test with the knock in it, although it wasn't as prominent back in March. Beginning to think my van is haunted!!🙈🙈😆😆😆 Will have another look at it today and see if its just those bushings that are gone. Cheers. Paul in Ireland
Thanks, I thought it was a Vauxhall only part. I got mine from my local dealership. But searching online for GM part number 93190161, it looks like they might be available from places like Autodoc etc. Can't comment on their quality though?

I have a Corsa D 2009 that makes some noise when steering, sounds like an old bed, the noise get louder as the car gets hotter, any ideas what it can be?
Could be any number of things, check it's not rubbing on something as it goes through the bulkhead. Otherwise, get it up on axle stands and have someone wiggle it while you're underneath. Good luck sorting it out 🤞. Cheers Larcs 👍

Thanks, I think they only suffer wear at the end opposite the column because of the leverage it has.

Mine was a clunking over uneven ground. Probably worth checking your drop links and track rod ends first. Good luck sorting it out 🤞.
