Every time I watch your videos, I’m reminded of my childhood. My family is from Cologne and my mom used to wear beautiful dresses in the kitchen and she would sing and dance as she spent hours in the kitchen. Thank you for reminding me of her.
I am from the USA. I love the natural kitchen sounds. I can hear the sounds of the chopping, cutting of the meat, the frying sizzling, or the boiling. And with your daughter in the background, it sounds like a beautiful family. I love it. If your daughter comes into the kitchen I would not mind if you talked to her for a bit. She sounds adorable. Your recipes look delicious and I will try a lot of them. I do like that you use regular cuts of beef and not the fancy expensive meat. I do have a question, what type of red wine do you use? With all the natural sounds, I can almost smell and taste the flavors of the food! 🥕🧅🧈🧄🍲🥰
I also love how your children's voices are in the background that's so wholesome, and your outfits are on point! Your husband better appreciate you his whole life and never leave you and I pray he does something he enjoys too that you also appreciate and love and never leave him: a family that prays together, stays together God bless. So many broken families it's heartbreaking Europe and Scandinavia must have more faith in God and we must see more families making it Amen.

Your channel has made me look on, with great interest, at Central European food. It’s not just the plate I’m interested in but the tips/techniques you use in your cooking. I especially like your vegetable based dishes. Keep it up and THANKS for your content.
The bad thing I dislike about background music is the limit of the loops. Even more using Same song over and over per video. And the songs over power the caption of watching them cook 😬🤕 So I really enjoy her videos of the chopping, sizzling, and family in the background, now if they would just mute those ads 😂😂 ..

That's exactly what I do with my less tender cuts, like chuck. Give them some time with some baking soda. Makes them much more tender. Great for stir frying then! And I MUCH prefer your voice in these videos! Always very interesting and easy to listen to. I also LOVE that large oriental-style knife you use! Right now I mainly use a Henkels small chef's knife and an older Cuisine Sabatier Oriental cleaver which is similar but has a curved edge. Both are quite sharp and very nice to use.
Sophie is all look outstanding. I’m looking forward to making them when my kitchen is done. It’s definitely good comfort food and boy. It’s going to be that way soon enough. Thank you very much. Nice to hear the kids playing in the background again.

Мне больше нравятся видео с музыкальным сопровождением,большой текст отвлекает от просмотра. Я много готовлю и нравится наблюдать за вашей работой.
