It's great that they sent a free replacement. But if the first one succumbed to the wind, this one might also. It looks like thin aluminum? Maybe other brands carry sturdier ones?
I thought about that too. It is pretty thin and Ive been keeping an eye on it. If it lasts more than a year, then I will consider opting for the warranty again if I'm able to. But eventually I think spending a little extra on a sturdier one might be worth it for me. Not sure, but something for me to consider for sure
