I was not a fan of colourfull looks people but skz song drop of backdoor by Felix 😅 attracted me alit then I searched them as kpop deep dive , then after some month kingdom competition show I saw only for skz but there I found powerful group Ateez but I became hater 😅😢 that time due to fan war vote but after that show end I found ateez even 3 years over I m still on ateez ❤😅, my fav group which I know , ateez,Bts, skz, exo,txt,

i got into kpop through the group super junior because i was dancing and gave it a try, my first favourite was 2ya2yao,give it a try, it is really cool!

Thanks for the reaction! Despite their incredible MVs, Ateez is actually known for their high energy live performances. They have amazing vocals, rappers and performances skills.
Dance practices and stages are popular. KQ is the company they are under and are know for being pretty reactor friendly. I haven’t seen a reactor have any issues with any content from their channel other than some Japanese MVs that fall under different copyright rules.
They are also known for both their non-standard song flows including anti-drops and multiple layers bridges and choruses. Many of their songs are like anthems. They have a nickname as the ‘last 30 second idols’ due to their tendency to have explosive ending to their songs.
For me, what really sets them apart is their B-sides. They have an incredibly full discography that incorporates a lot of genres, but still has an Ateez signature sound.

The symphony no. 9 version is even better and a fan fave. Check them out live because they are even better live. They were the first K-pop boy group to perform at Coachella. Highly recommend their whole week 2 Coachella performance. Week 1 was amazing too, but the idiot cameraman was awful , and Atiny roasted them so much they quickly got their shiz together for week 2. They are known as some of the best perfomers in all K-pop for a reason. Check out their Coachella performance when you can. ❤

I’m not even a full on Atiny (ateez fan) yet, but I can say one thing, ateez goes HARD. They always come with a crazy amount of energy, and their live performances show that. Their stage presence is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Jonghos always got crazy live vocals, mingi and hongjoong always go off with their raps. Wooyoung and yunho with the amazing dancing. And Seonghwa and San with the stage presence and facial expressions. And then of course yeosang with his deep ass voice but angelic face. Ateez is a top tier kpop group fr (I still need to stan but I’m getting there 😩) 🔥❤️

ATEEZ stands for A to Z and is pronounced like the letter name A + tease. I recommend Guerrilla and their live performance of this, Symphony 9 From the Wonderland on Kingdom Legendary War. It was ranked the best Kpop performance of 2021 by Genius Korea.
For other groups, I recommend xikers We Don't Stop (elements of old school hip hop) and Do or Die (leans punk rock).
BTW, Stray Kids has 8 members too. Stray Kids and ATEEZ debut around the same time and are friends with each other. During Kingdom Legendary War, they had the opportunity to do 3 collaborations with each other (rap, dance, and vocal) along with members of a senior group, BtoB.
You should really see them live, they're absolutely insane 🔥

He always starts his rap with a laugh) Seonghwa (Rapper / vocalist ), Yunho (main dancer / vocalist), Yeosang (dancer / vocalist), San (Dancer / vocalist/ low notes ), Mingi (raper always begins his rap with FIX ON ), Wooyoung (dancer/ vocalist), Jongho (main vocalist who hits most the high notes) under KQ Entertainment company. they are performers who debuted in 2018.
The fan base is called Atiny which is combination of Destiny and Ateez is name. Ateez + Destiny = Atiny.
They have a FULL Pirate theme (They are the only Pirate's themed group for now) they are the space pirates who travel around, and have different dimensions. That’s the reason the hourglass and other pirate props are involved in all the MV’s.
They have a full storyline, and all the songs from the beginning when they started (Debut) tell this day is a continuation to the storyline. so basically every songs is related to the next. its an interesting storyline trust me.
Normally i wouldn't get interested in themes, however as an analyst this intrigued me to follow the storyline.
there is alway a teaser In the end of MV to the next title track or the next comeback song, That’s why you may say i’ve heard this before in the end of MV'S.

As someone who has never been a fan of rap of any artist or group, I could listen to Hongjoong and Mingi rap all day long. Mingi’s deep voice is amazing to me.But both of their styles and voices are so unlike anything I’ve ever heard and are so distinctive that I love listening to them. Ateez is also the only group I actively listen to just because their style is so unique to me I don’t even consider them Kpop but more like a genre of their own.
ATEEZ are incredibly high performance. They are full of energy, full of adrenaline. Performance kings. I liked that comment of them being an “adhd paradise” lmao I think that fits it perfectly.
Wonderland is an anthem. ATEEZ has many of those. They are all calls to action, all calls to battle. They get you hyped as hell!
