YMB: The closets in this excellent example of "Choy Lee" /style construction. A lot of Cedar, which minimizes the possibility of Moths. THAT engine room was so clean, that I thought you had George Lucas's help playing with the Video/clean-up. Stainless steel motor mounts (!!) When you pulled up the floor in the engine room I noticed a bit of dirt, which is a good thing in this case. Who ever buys this Yacht, will be very happy.

You have it spelled SKEEP, (which is how you pronounce the word, but when printed does not give a good impression".) Considering the great detail and love YOU have for yachting / brokering and the number of superior yachts you have shown on your channel. this is a small detail, but important.
You pulled up the flooring in the engine room that was so incredible seeing fuel system how detailed it was you really do a nice job showing the yachts you sell well done. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

And there are some contradictions in the characteristics - it is indicated that the hull is planing (powerful engines) and the extremely low speed of the displacement vessel?! What's wrong here? I would like to buy a boat from you someday!
Close everything back. Put tv back in position. Lock things back before you walk on. When your on someone's boat put things back as they were. You should have went to fly bridge first then the inside. Just saying.
The presenter is hopeless and boring. Who is he? What a shame the yacht was not presented more professionally by someone who could at least speak proper English.
That was a nice walkthrough. I had a client when I used to be in the industry who bought one and was quite pleased.
