I use this method of writing tasks down for next day's work and trust it has helped me increase my productivity, efficiency and save time dramatically. I can say confidently this should be applied by everyone in worklife, it genuinely works wonders and makes you well organised & professional. Thanks sir for sharing your practice!

Writing helps to clarify our thoughts to ourselves, it has helped me a great deal.
It amazes me to see people who haven't tried it & don't think it'll work. I hope this to spread like a wild fire, so simple yet so effective.

After struggling with what you mentioned since long time, my mind seems to have come to a stage where it subconsciously signals me to 'let go' of thoughts. Very similar to your solution in the video, it tells me that 'we can figure it out, rest now' just before I go to sleep, when I get these random messy thoughts.
