After struggling with what you mentioned since long time, my mind seems to have come to a stage where it subconsciously signals me to 'let go' of thoughts. Very similar to your solution in the video, it tells me that 'we can figure it out, rest now' just before I go to sleep, when I get these random messy thoughts.
I was stress worrying about too many things that was in my mind, I tried this method at night before bed -BIG HELP Now if a thought comes to my mind 2x I go the my phone notes and write it down.. no worries anymore!! Thank you 🙏

In your focus sessions at 7am you would always start with brain dump followed by meditation. Im still using the technique everyday. Very effective
