He is an example of work and perseverance, every year evolves and shows a better version of himself. He has pending go far in the international (at least in top4). RedBull owes him one.
This should have never been a first round pairing. Makes no sense that Nori's reward for winning Last Chance is getting arguably the hardest opponent of the first round on less than 2 days rest.
Nori did some good moves, but again he found a strong opponent at the first round if Nori faced someone like Xak or Gun, he could win but anyway a good victory for Phil Wizard
Nori is a very good dancer with musicality and original ,but he needs to add new materials to his style and killer moves which will chill the audience or spectators in order to win red bull bc one

Maybe I'm more of just an old school flavor vibe, but I would've gone with Nori. While Phil Wizard did make a major improvement in 2 years and starting to be more original/unique with his moves, he just doesn't seem as polished as Nori in this battle. Nori was very responsive, dancing to music, and very smooth with each of his transitions to freezes, almost like story telling with his moves, but battling his opponent with it. Phil Wizard is still a little bit just throwing out moves, like here's this cool freeze, here's that cool freeze, here's this cool move, and while it does look nice, it still seems a little bit all over the place. A lot of his moves are definitely inspired from Lil Zoo's, Hong 10's, and a couple of other famous Korean bboys that i've watched, which would make me hesitate at times to vote him the victory. This should have been a CLOSE battle at least. Respect to both bboys, but definitely hats off to Nori for being consistent and a very excellent bboy every year.
Both of Phil's first rounds at RBBC1 are kind of weird to me. Both ended up with super one-sided result 5-0, but the margins were pretty small actually.
