🙌 Huge thanks to everyone who donated to the Phil-A-Thon and supported the American Transplant Foundation! 🙌 Your generosity is incredible and will make a REAL difference in the lives of those waiting for a transplant. Every contribution helps give someone a second chance at life, just like Phil received from his liver donor. ❤ Thank you so much Relix for hosting! #PhilAThon #AmericanTransplantFoundation #DonateLife
Proud to have been a part Phil n phriends from Thier very first performance in 1999 on the East Coast and on through the years. It was really like a re birth of the music for me personally. Other ones and further festivals were fun but once Phil took on his own thing with small Intimate venues the music really began to shine and grow again. From Derek trucks as a little kid with him to Warren , Jackie Greene , Jimmy Herring , John scofield everyone brought something to the party. And Phil just always leading us into outer space jazz jams. It's an enormous loss for all of us. May he rest in piece he gave us all so much joy let's all try to give some back...
Much love out to my fellow Phil fans! Thanks to Relix for putting this together for us. If you're not already, take this as a good time to become an organ donor. We wouldn't have nearly thirty years of beautiful music with these amazing friends were it not for the decision Cody and his family made all those years ago.
thanks to Phil for his tremendous contributions to music, Grateful Dead changed my life, adding joy, color, travel, community, + art. May the 4 winds blow you safely home, brother!
Mr. Phil Lesh is so worthy of any and all respect, honor and dead-ication. Thanks to everyone involved in this production, it is very Phil-worthy. RIP Phil Lesh.
The Q was the most powerful iteration of all Dead related groups that came after we lost Jerry. The sheer power and talent combined with the resurrection of some of the most interesting and fabled songs from the Grateful Dead catalog that nobody could ever imagine hearing again. Phil was the torchbearer of the Grateful Dead’s entire repertoire. From New Potato Caboose and Doing That Rag to Just A Little Light and The Days Between, Phil covered it all. Phillip Chapman Lesh was a true heavyweight and psychedelic warrior who had one hell of a run. He was one of my heroes!
What an American Treasure..Phils a genius..when he was the q, i noticed how he changed either the rthym or the melody and it brang new life to the old songs.. See you in Deadhead Heaven..
I saw phil and friends first 33 shows at the beacon........I never saw jerry..........phil gave me so much more than I EVER thought I would get...........thank you phil, what a life, what an American

One night at TXR a few weeks after it opened, after a bar show, I was walking up to Phil to say hi. He looked really tired and I said hi to Jill first. She asked me how I liked the place, did I have a good time... Such nice people. Grahame if you all see this, I love you guys!
Deff thank you Pete, for bringing all the guys from the Dead in so many groups to our back yard in Virginia!! Deff feeling blessed for all the high times!!
Just Friday night I was listening to a Phil & Friends show that I taped back in 1999 at Red Rocks. SCI, Warren, Kimock were his friends. The music was extraordinary & the sound was exemplary. Beaming smiles from the stage, what a fun, fun run R.I.P. Phil & THANK YOU FOR A REAL GOOD TIME 🎼🎵🎶🌹😍
Amazing to think that what started as just another lineup in an endlessly rotating series of lineups would inadvertently become the greatest band of all time...
What's really amazing is phil did not even know the bass at all he met Jerry and Jerry stayed why don't you join the band as bass player I don't think it was two weeks later phil showed up in bàss
Enjoy seeing my hometown of Port Chester NY celebrating the music of Phill and The Dead. I attended my very first GD concert at "The Cap" in Febuary of '71. I was 16. Thank You Howard Stein and Peter Shapiro.
