Not that simple. It's difficult to determine if weed causes Schizophrenia or if people who are prone to mental illness are more likely to use drugs. People usually start using weed in their teens, but Schizophrenia often doesn't occur until the early 20s. Even without ever using weed that person may have developed it anyways and I don't think anyone can make a good guess on what percent is caused by weed and what percent was just an inevitable development of a mental illness.
