After boss loses a certain % HP he becomes a CC Immune Wraith with a big movement speed buff for a few seconds It's troll because if you don't know he does that you will almost certainly leak him cause he rushes straight for the blue box Once you do know what he does, well Video above happens His own damage is miniscule and freezing the blocker means you can't accidentally kill him early His Wraith Skill can only be used an X number of times cause it's HP based If blocked at the start it's impossible for the boss to reach the blue box provided you block him after every wraith walk So castle-3 is enough dps for this boss
This is hgs answer to dokutahs who just nukes bosses to oblivion but then someone noticed it's too broken so they nerfed his dmg to balance it out and now he became a joke the moment you learn his mechanics

I hate that the intended stable way to beat him is to play the game extremely slowly, does HG really think that playing slow = skill? It was so bad in Chapter 12 too
Is this boss even that easy in diff15? Sometimes enemy that fairly easy become abimination in diff15 like pompeii and ratking in IS3 Seems like HG also balancing difficulty effect by using phy&arts dmg reduction rather just straight +X res in IS3

And to those who are complaining that this is easy, just do N15 lol. IS stages are designed to be as general difficulty as possible because of the RNG nature after all. It’s actually pretty impressive they can do varied stages that are flexible for every player.
To me, he isnt neccessarily easy, hes just annoying if you arent careful with your placements If you mess up any of those placements either by placing it too slow or the boss ran too quick then he will a lot of times get really close to the blue box lul.
You can place them all early if u want It's not like ur on a timer once he's blocked you can take 40 minutes to place the next op and he won't move until you choose to trigger the wraith walk
Is he like BSL/TLK where he has a debuff artifact? Ive read his stats and saw that he has 3k def, which makes me think he’d have something similar to Knight’s Corpus(although his res is pitiful in comparision, iirc its 30 vs TLK’s 70-90 depending on difficulty) 1k atk is nothing nowadays and he doesnt have any damage amp so its not like he needs to be nuked
