Kevin, I only have quail eggs. No chicken eggs allowed. I get at least 2 dozen eggs a day. I tell everyone, that it was you and Rachel that got me started in quail. Blessings.

We live in Texas about 100 miles south of Houston just off the coast. H-E-B is a large grocery store here and I have just been in awe of the empty shelves. The price of stuff has gone up it is getting kinda scary.
Every day I tell myself and family to not fear or stress for we believe and trust in God and His Will to provide and protect us.

I live in Ohio and we can't hardly find any pet food!!! I have a ball python and it's almost impossible to find her food!!! I feed frozen rats and a lot of the pet stores can't get them in. Big difference in picture quality. I watch on my phone and YT puts lowest quality out but this helped! I buy the big cans of coffee. When we get to 1/2 left I get a replacement. All food, medicine, supplies for me, Mom, cat, horse, donkey we keep well stocked in advance. Not a hoarder, but I stay prepared. Camera is awesome 👌. I have a cocker and he's been on a mixture of Rachel Ray and Dr. Marty. So it's very important i have to be prepared. I never wait till the last minute for anything from food to gas. I'm happy your fur friend's are happy.

I got on line to order dog food and guess what? All three sizes of the stuff I buy where out of stock! So I went to Tractor Supply and ordered it, drove up to front of the store and loaded it in my car! Thank goodness for TSC!

I don’t think you will have a problem at Tractor Supply. The dollar general, walmarts and etc are used more by the general public who want to save a little, not your farmers/ranchers and etc

It could be that the store chain is doing a “reset”. Kroger and other big grocery chains do this around the first of the year. They are adjusting what items they carry, what they discontinue, and how much they stock. In order to do this, they will spend 2 weeks where they don’t order ANYTHZiNG, and let their warehouses run low in order to make room for their new combo of products they sell. I’m an Instacart shopper, and these resets drive us crazy because the stores don’t have anything for about two weeks.
A lot of stores merchandise is ordered as it’s scanned out at the register , so say if someone at a self scan has ten cans of cat food , two of each flavor but scans one can ten times , the other flavors don’t get ordered. ( retired 27 year retail clerk here)
We are in Delaware, the pet food shortage has been getting worse over the last 3 months. We can't even find our cats food anymore. We can order it on Chewy, but even that isn't reliable with the ones they like
The new setting is Great more crisp!!! My Wife works for a large freight forward they ship stuff all over the world. There is a shortage of freight, workers, and truck drivers!!! We live in Kentucky and it's the same here so keep stocked up!!! There prediction is it's going to be a year or two before things get back to normal!!!! Just a helpful hint for everyone!! I have a single, retired show rabbit. I used to have in excess of 25 rabbits.
I still buy the rabbit pellets in 50 pound bags! I also buy bags of feed grains...

BTW, I have noticed that here in northeast Florida and around Florida in general that it is hit and miss when looking to buy pet food. In 2020, cat and dog food was pretty lean around here. We got an extra bag or few for quite a while and before our shelves were as lean as you showed us. Coffee is a constant and a staple for us and even pre-pandemic when we didn't have much of a pantry, we did normally have extra cans on the shelf. Since then, we keep more cans than before.
In our area, empty store shelves right now are pretty much linked to the people and the number of people actively sick with COVID-19. The Multi-Care health system has just moved to allowing support and clinical medical staff with possitive tests, mild symptoms, and as needed moderate symptoms to continue to work.
Mojo is so cute rolling around. And that chicken jumping up to get his food made me laugh!!

Here in the Chicagoland area there are plenty of stores running low or completely out of pet foods as well as cat litter.
I’m glad you were able to get a good supply of food for Mojo & Leeske as well as some food for Grace and Smegel.
Not *one can* of cat food at the Jewel in Buffalo Grove IL
One of my roommates is a Chihuahua and they haven't ran out of food but I live in Oregon I'm not sure if there is a shortage here I haven't seen it I know it's hard for me to get feed and hay to my house, usually you have to put in your order two to three weeks in advance during the pandemic I had a real hard time getting it here in Oregon just up the road , they charge $60. To deliver so you wait a couple of weeks I got my hay I got my feed and that day he blew a tire and wrecked the truck so it'll be May before they get another one, but 1of my roomies has a truck 🚛.

Glad you were able to get the quality of dog food that works best for Mojo and Leeske. I know that gives you peace of mind to know that you can give them the food that they love. I don't have a dog anymore as my Sadie passed away in 2020. I do have 2 cats though. They only eat soft canned food as my oldest cat who is 14 has lost most of his teeth. I order from Chewy and have never had a problem with getting what they like. Glad you could find something.

You don't trust him so for a better sense of safety on your part, then I would get rid of him. I know that you guys hate to but one butt from him on you could seriously injure you and I would hate that for you. I know that everyone on here wants you to keep him but ask Daniel what he would do. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Kevin and I know our Giant Eagle is low on everything and that is the one in Kennedy township I went to the one in crafton Giant Eagle they have nothing on the shelves and that's been like that for a month now I have not gone to Walmart yet I plan to do that next week but we are having a bad snow storm starting Sunday Night and we're supposed to get 91/2 inches of snow so I don't know when I'll be getting out to go to Walmart but I'll be curious to see what their shelves look like!! One man in search of coffee and dog food,. Here the fizzy water was in no supple, some saw me drinking own brand fizzy water. I had a secreat supply I did. Small shops had it as the got their usual stores and people were clearing out the bigs store,.
Our brand like Walmart in the uk they taken our high streats smaller shops, not the cheapest of the brand the larger storts carry often own brands, when all this happened everybodie went down to big stores. The high streets empty and you just walk down there and may be all you want but even going 2 towns you could get what you need!!!

Saying there will be shortages lead to panic buying, valley showing an increase in demand which automatically leads to an increase in price. People need to stop falling for this.
Here in Arizona there seams to be a shortage of dog food and cart food and litter. I've gone to a dollar store and different Walmart s. I ended up ordering from Amazon. I'm glad tractor supply had the dog food. I hope you and your family have wonderful day
Try Chewie. Order on line and they deliver to you. My brother in law uses it all the time for his dogs n cats n bird. There is a subscription price that is even lower and after a certain amount shipping is free. He gets all the food and cat litter through them.
Glad you found your food, in our area I'm finding that some stores are better stocked than others. Even within the same chain, the store I usually shop has much less product than the same chain of stores that are on the edges of town.
