Actually its good to have brinjal with insect as it shows that brinjal is not grown with pesticides. Else if you visit Brinjal farm it uses plenty of dangerous pesticides which is very bad for health . I heard this from someone , you can verify this before believing it . I have not verified by myself so you do it .
We cook the same dish in Morocco and almost in the same way. We do not add onions though. But the final result is the same. Delicious. Its very popular in Morocco.. The world is really small.
