The second verse hits me so hard. When we get angry at the evil we see in this world, we should realize that our anger is nothing next to the righteous anger of our avenging God.
My dad died of Covid last fall and this song has been helping me get through. Just preached on the serpent this last Sunday and was reminded of Jesus crushing the serpent's head. It will be a great day when the deceiver is cast into the pit and death will be no more. Thank you. - Jonathan

One of the greatest encouragements and causes for hope to live out the gospel in this life is the promise of Christ's return. No longer meek, but as a warrior king, who's very appearance compels every being to lower themselves to their knees while raising those "pilgrim children of the sky" to the glory of God the Father. And such a song swells the heart of every believer.
Oh how wonderful it will be to see Jesus in the clouds in all His glory. Our hearts long to see Him. Glory to God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Amen!!! What a joyous reunion we have awaiting us all! Our mighty King will bring all of His adopted children to Him.
It seems like an impossible dream, but Jesus of Nazareth has assured me through God the Spirit that it is true.

My goodness. A real rapture aware songwriter and beautiful singer. I am so excited that we have been chosen to fly, rise up and meet Jesus in the clouds to go to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb. We know that He is coming! Praise the Lord and thank you Father for choosing to give us to your Son- John 17. 1 Thessalonians 4. Hallelujah and Maranatha.
