China is truly vast, with many cities worth visiting. Instead, I would particularly recommend visiting Chinese museums, such as the Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an and the Sanxingdui Museum in Sichuan. This way, you not only explore modern China but also delve into its history and civilisation. I suggest hiring an English-speaking guide for your visits :)
I suggest you go to Shanghai next time. It is also a very amazing city and the most "Western" city in mainland China. I think you will like it😊. I also highly recommend Chengdu, which has a panda base and is a leisure and very life-like big city.
One thing about online ordering/ pre-ordering in China that ppl don't have to queue in Starbucks, they use apps like 美团 or 饿了么 to get food delivery, super convenient
If you come to China again, I’ll definitely recommend my hometown Xi’an(西安) where it is famous for its long history for 13 dynasties. Really recommend The Datang Everbright city(大唐不夜城) and 长安十二时辰theme park in Xi’an. You’ll definitely feel the vibe of Tang Dynasty!
Come to Shanghai. You will be amazed by its modernization and its highly developed public transportation as well as delicious snacks. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, Yuyuan Garden and Shanghai Oriental Pearl are worth exploring and visiting.
There are also many Starbucks stores in China, but young people now prefer milk tea shops. Do you know how many Starbucks stores there are in Shanghai? More than a thousand 🤣
Retail stores in China generally stay open on weekends, but many places have few people during the day because the weather is too hot. The busiest time in China is at night. For your question: Shanghai(city view), Beijing(historical stuff), Xian(historical stuff), Chongqing(cyberpunk style), Harbin(winter), Kunming(natural views and multiple minority culture), Urumqi(for the desert and Muslim culture), Lhasa(for tibetan culture)
Thanks for visiting my city! I recommend you can come back later in future and spend some more time in other area that you've not visited this time here. Btw, China is a developing country and like other countries, there will be up and down sides. I recommend visiting Yunnan Province, (Kunming City, and Shilin town). The province is diverse with minority people's culture, and slow-paced life in western China. Kunming is the spring city with nice weather all year around (rich in plantations and flowers) and great selections of food because of the minority culture .(Pu'er cuisine, Dai cuisine, rice noodles, wild mushrooms, all kinds of rare wild herbs), Shilin is just 1hr way from Kunming, with the famous unique rick forest terrains. Looking forward to see your travel vlog in my hometown
If you are a new comer, i would say Xi'an, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai,Xinjiang,Tibet. If you are not, then try Fujian Province! 1️⃣Xiamen(or Amoy)! It is a city that is half surrounded by the sea and half mountains. The Gulang Island is called the Museum for Buildings of Thousands of Countries. Across the sea lie the traditional houses or buildings in the block of Amoyer. It's a heaven for bus lovers too. We have the best BRT in China. Well actually the transportation here defeats all the other cities in China or even maybe in the world😂 2️⃣Quanzhou, the city next to Xiamen will be another place you don't want to miss. There are thousands of temples and churches all in one city! You can simply read the China's religion history here. The food here is really nice! Try it! 3️⃣ The Wuyi Mountain. One of the birth place of TEA. A tea lover shall never miss it! The Mountain lies in Northern Fujian, with a stream twisting around it. You can also try Zhupai here, a tiny 'ship' made of bamboo🎋. It is of great fun!! 4️⃣Xiapu! It is one of the places that be filled with most delicious sea food😍You may witness one of the largest seafarm for laver and kelp. You can also pick up seafood on the beach yourself. 🦀🦐
Hi Oliver. I live in Shenzhen. Nanshan district. You can go biking in Shenzhen bay. IF u stay here on weekend. U can use my bike, because pubilc share bike is not allowed in Shenzhen bay.
If you want to see history, pls go to Beijing and xi'an.If you want to see landscape, like nature scenery, definitely go to Zhangjiajie. If you want to see modern city,go to shanghai and Chongqing. If you want to see garden,go to Suzhou(a beautiful garden city with old ancient building and history). If you want to see how the world's future looks like, you are in this city now(Shenzhen).Lastly worth to go for Chengdu city to see the Panda town!
苏州 Su Zhou is obviously a must go! If you like Japanese gardening, you will find its origin in Suzhou, China. If you like Japanese Green tea, like Matcha( an obsolete way of preparing green tea back in ancient Tang Dynasty,8th century). You will find the best green tea on the entire planet in 杭州 Hangzhou, called 西湖龙井。 100 USD for like 50 grams of green tea。
Hi!Here I recommend you some travel suggestions for Shenzhen other than the city center. If you want to experience a different kind of rail transit, you can take BYD Yunba near Pingshan Station. This is a small and medium-capacity monorail transit system developed by BYD.Compared with the subway, it has a different riding experience and does not require security checks. If you want to go to the port, you can go to Yantian Station to see Yantian Port. If you want to go to the local migrant workers' community, you can go to Bao'an District, Longhua District, Longgang District, etc. For example, if you take Line 16 to Xintangwei Station, you will find many urban villages. These are the communities where migrant workers in Shenzhen live. The price of meals there is very low compared to the city center of Shenzhen, but the houses are relatively old and you can experience different customs and customs from the city center. If you want to see the natural scenery and high-rise buildings in Shenzhen, you can climb Wutong Mountain. In short, there are still some good places in Shenzhen, depending on how you choose.
In addition to China does not have the Norwegian fjord landform, the other in the world have any landform。Snow-capped mountains, deserts, salt water lakes, hot springs, volcanoes, tropical rainforests, tropical islands, forests, grasslands, canyons, and many other natural environments are waiting for you to explore.
@@oliverdadema Nanjing is about one hour by train from Shanghai, haha, and it is on the train route to Beijing, so you can make a stay there. if you go to Nanjing try to book ticket to Nanjing Station not the Nanjing South, because at Nanjing Station, you will see a huge lake with ancient city wall and city skyline as background, quite nice.
As a Chinese, I know that my country is being belittled and slandered by foreign media, but we don't care because we know that we only need to build our country better! At that time, the world will speak for us!
Yes, unfortunately yes… but I will show them what China really looks like!! Oh, and in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
ummm...have you been to the large two floor Starbucks in Shanghai, I say it's busy, probably not as busy as in Japan...but insanely massive cafe for a Starbucks
I would recommend Xi'An. It is a great place to visit. It not only has Terracotta Warrior, but also city wall that you can bike on, mount hua which is beautiful and also has one of world most dangerous hike, Great Tang dynasty everbright city, which is a enormous walking street that has all the ancient style building and probably the place where you can see most people wearing traditional cloth hanfu. there are many performances as well. "The song of everlasting sorrow" is probably one of the best performance in the world, which is also near the terracotta warrior place.
I suggest you visit Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Hangzhou, and Suzhou. Shanghai is the most international and modern city in China and the economic center of the country. Beijing offers a great combination of old and new; it's the cultural and political center. Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China and served as the capital for over a thousand years. It has many well-preserved relics and architecture that give you a taste of what ancient China was like 2,000 years ago. Hangzhou and Suzhou perfectly combine ultra-modernism and traditional Chinese culture. They have been among the most affluent areas for over 1,000 years, and the traditional Chinese gardens in Suzhou are renowned globally.
I'm quite curious about why would people think or had thought that wearing short pant in China is not appropriate.😅 Guangdong Province, which the city of Shenzhen located, is actually quite famous for people there like to wear short pants and flip flops in summertime. lol
cccchhhiiillleee, actually u were NOT at a centre-city point in Shenzhen, actually all the stations /places u visited are quite unpopular, there're LOTS MORE popular and fun activities/areas u're missing out , u should definitely visit Shenzhen again
If you want to know the real history of Xinjiang that the west turns a blind eye on, come to Hami. I went to 3 museums here today, learnt so much about how Xinjiang used to belong to ancient China and was reclaimed in the past 150 years by Qing
I think most tourists are from around Asia, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, etc. So, that's probably why it's also in English. You just can't spot the Koreans or Vietnamese and the rest, because they blend in, lol. But if you're talking about distinguishable tourists, probably very few.
China has about 22 mega cities now and there are more coming , the US barely has 2 ! A mega city by definition is a city with 10 million or more people.

Thanks for your suggestion!! And thanks for watching of course, 谢谢! 😍🙏🇨🇳

Wooooww thanks for the suggestions!! And thanks for watching 🙏🏼😍🇨🇳

Thanks for your suggestion!! And thanks for watching of course, 谢谢! 😍🙏🇨🇳
Why do you worry about not being able to wear shorts in China? What makes you have this strange idea? I'm very curious.
Thanks for your suggestion!! And thanks for watching of course, 谢谢! 😍🙏🇨🇳
In addition to China does not have the Norwegian fjord landform, the other in the world have any landform。Snow-capped mountains, deserts, salt water lakes, hot springs, volcanoes, tropical rainforests, tropical islands, forests, grasslands, canyons, and many other natural environments are waiting for you to explore.
shanghai. Please. And Chongjin
Are you still in Shenzhen? I've been in shenzhen for 10 years. Looking forward to meeting you in shenzhen if possible
I am in Shenzhen, you can try Nanjing for next trip
Noted!! But in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
You can use HK issued unionpay credit card for Shenzhen metro.
saw my home in your video😊
No way, how fun!! 😎 Thanks for watching 😍🙏🏼🇨🇳
As a Chinese, I know that my country is being belittled and slandered by foreign media, but we don't care because we know that we only need to build our country better! At that time, the world will speak for us!

Why not go Xinjiang? Probably one of the most special places you could go in China.
你可以去新疆看看,又有什么不一样呢?你只会通过你们的媒体去了解。就像我们的媒体报道的,老美那警察也每天击杀黑人。
Thanks for your suggestion!! And thanks for watching of course, 谢谢! 😍🙏🇨🇳
ummm...have you been to the large two floor Starbucks in Shanghai, I say it's busy, probably not as busy as in Japan...but insanely massive cafe for a Starbucks
Thanks, yes it’s on my list!! But in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
welcome to my city. seems you just missed the bookstore called "Zhongshuge" which is also famous and very close to the harbour.

Thanks, I wrote it on my list!! Oh, and in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
Very nice video!

Thanks for your suggestion!! And thanks for watching of course, 谢谢! 😍🙏🇨🇳
Next stop: Xinjiang!
It’s on my list!!! But in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
I'm quite curious about why would people think or had thought that wearing short pant in China is not appropriate.😅
Guangdong Province, which the city of Shenzhen located, is actually quite famous for people there like to wear short pants and flip flops in summertime. lol
cccchhhiiillleee, actually u were NOT at a centre-city point in Shenzhen, actually all the stations /places u visited are quite unpopular, there're LOTS MORE popular and fun activities/areas u're missing out , u should definitely visit Shenzhen again
Omggg I SHOULD!!! 😍😍😍
you can go to Beijing and XinJiang, but Beijing is crowded with people now😂
I will: Oh, and in September I am going to Shanghai and Beijing to make new travel vlogs!! Stay tuned! 🫶🇨🇳😍
Recommend Kanas, Xinjiang 🎉🎉
Noted, thanks!! 🙏🏼😍✨
If you want to know the real history of Xinjiang that the west turns a blind eye on, come to Hami. I went to 3 museums here today, learnt so much about how Xinjiang used to belong to ancient China and was reclaimed in the past 150 years by Qing
I’m a local Chongqing tour guide (with formal license). If you want to travel the most special city in china you can contact me.
Thanks for the offer!! Chongqing is on my list indeed. Thanks for watching my video 🤩🙏🏼🇨🇳
Very nice vlog

nice vlog👍 like it
Thank you for watching 🙏🏼😍🇨🇳
I think most tourists are from around Asia, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, etc. So, that's probably why it's also in English. You just can't spot the Koreans or Vietnamese and the rest, because they blend in, lol. But if you're talking about distinguishable tourists, probably very few.
China has about 22 mega cities now and there are more coming , the US barely has 2 ! A mega city by definition is a city with 10 million or more people.
Yes it’s craaaaaazy 😳
欢迎全世界的朋友,我希望你们来中国亲自感受我们的文化,我们的亲切,我们的美食
