Hello everyone I hope you enjoyed the video. Here's some tips and information regarding this recipe. You can use egg beaters (Fat free cholesterol free) Add 1/4 cup of egg beaters one at a time while mixing on a medium speed. Repeat this step 5 times to substitute the 5 large eggs. The country crock unsalted butter has 45% less fat than regular unsalted butter and the light sour cream has 50% less fat than the regular sour cream.

I have managed to get my diabetes in remission by eating a specific keto diet. This cake will fit perfectly into the cooking plan I am on. As long as portion control is observed, of course! I have to remember Charlie tells us twice...this cake recipe serves 20. LOL

Uhh just to let you know being a diabetic doesn't mean you're fat it doesn't even make you fat, It can cause heart problems tho.

Wesley if you don’t like Splenda, you can replace it with Munk Fruit. But don’t use as much because munk fruit is 500 times sweeter than Splenda. But it’s all natural so it’s safe for us with diabetes.

I'm going to try this pound cake method Charlie. You gave me an idea, because I have almond flour in my container.
However, I never made a cake with almond flour, before, but I made it with sweet potato bread. Almond flour is much healthier; than all-purpose flour etc.
