  • The trial of Darrell Brooks, the Waukesha Christmas parade suspect, continued on Day 8 with more testimony from witnesses who were at the Waukesha Christmas parade attack.
On Day 8, the court was moving along at possibly its quickest pace yet. The state called five witnesses in the morning, and Brooks had nearly finished his cross of the fifth before severe weather interrupted the trial.

The most heartless, disrespectful, evil person. Unbelievable how someone can have absolutely zero concern for any of the victims. The deaths, even of a young child can't move any emotion. Humans that are this self absorbed and have so little empathy should me separated from society. We are a civil species..and this person has no civility at all.

He was arrogant enough to think he could rep himself and foolish enough to think that he could use being sovereign .. I honestly don’t think he was smart enough to understand anything about an appeal process… I’ve watched this over and over again and Darrell Brooks doesn’t understand law in the least … his only tactic was trying to discredit the witnesses and to get the jury to feel sorry for him …. He's a fascinating study. Unfortunately for the rest of us, there are tons of sociopaths out there. But this guy is the cherry on top. His childlike stubbornness, tenacity, selfishness, and his twisted sense of fairness is really something to watch. Most sociopaths are more intelligent and mature than this guy. He gets absolutely fixated on one tree, and misses the entire forest. He focuses on one battle...never seeming to realize that he's already lost the war. For instance, he focused on winning small legal technicalities, never seeming to realize when he gave his closing argument, that he had just spent the last 3 weeks alienating and infuriating the jurors, the judge, the victims, and the American public. He so doesn't understand genuine empathy, that he only periodically made some sort of effort to fake it. Sometimes when he was watching the actual footage of what he had done, his eyes reminded me of the someone who is pulling the legs off a spider.

Not attempting to upstage any victim, in 1995 my 19 year old daughter was killed by a drunk driver. Sarah Louise had her life
taken by an inconsiderate person. The worst day of my life
was viewing my Daughter's body before the funeral service
and kissing her cold forehead. A part of Me died that day.
To the many family members and friends of the Lost and
injured, of Waukesha , in our Father's house there are
many rooms let not your hearts be troubled. This Circle

Twenty five years and no one can do anything about it. My son ,like your daughter did nothing wrong and was a boy on a bike. They didn’t know him. Life for my son has been terrible and I can’t fix it, I feel many of these parents are going to experience the same and their children will live with pain that mr. Brooks wanted to impose on these victims since he says violence needs to be imposed on white people.

After the Defendant is convicted, he will appeal. When he appeals his conviction, the high court will look at the judge's treatment of the Defendant. The only conclusion the high court can come to is that the judge was brilliant and handling the case masterfully (see fododude). The judge is carefully protecting the Defendant's rights, knowing that by doing so all avenues toward a successful appeal will be shut down, and the convictions will be affirmed.

There are times when this judge gives this man too much leeway. His repeated questions about skin tone and head hair versus facial hair. This judge allowed this demon to torment the gentleman who's 3 year old daughter was brutally struck by him. Overall she handled him well, but there were times he got way too much help from her.

If he really believed the court held no power over him, he would've acted in a totally different way. When he faced the judge, the normal thing to do is, pleading, crying, begging and yelling about how he had been kidnapped by the police, was illegally being held in jail against his will, talking about how he was innocent, and saying he'd been framed. But none of that happened. He was a gaslighting narcissist from the pre-trial hearing, until the very last day of his trial.

see and thats the problem. ignoring clear constitutional violations that have gone on for decades because your personal feelings about that person or they're alleged crimes. a "entities" rules dont over shadow citizens rights. a entity cannot accuse if that entity cant be called to testify. our judicial system is broken and has been manipulated. thought this man is a scumbag he still shows a clear problem with how the american system has been taken over by tyrants. the fact that the judge keeps plainly saying the state is a entity and how nobody bats a eye at that is astounding. i thought if you believed the government was a corporate entity you where a conspiracy theorist yet here she repeats it plain as day multiple times and as a corporate entity the government has lost all power and jurisdiction. a entity cannot keep jurisdiction over a free people. its funny how this country has come full circle. we think cause we set up this system that has been manipulated and broken we are different than the monarchies we set sail from. europe russia china cuba mexico america none are different. different systems being manipulated by different people with no regard for freedom. its really simple. the government cannot violate rights its job is to protect rights. if a entity cannot be faced then a entity cannot accuse in a court of law for that violates the rights to those citizens who cannot face their accusers. its as simple as that despite how you the judge or anyone else feels. our constitution is clear and the law is the law.

2:13:40, when Clownottrney Brooks states he would like to address "subject matter jurisdiction", I would give my left nugget if the Judge would simply say; "Mr. Brooks, clearly your client is being tried in the Circuit Court in Waukesha. The crime your client is accused of committing happened in Waukesha and as the court system in Wisconsin assigns criminal cases to the Circuit Court, this is the court of competent jurisdiction. Your argument appears to be that you are not a citizen of either the City of Waukesha, the State of Wisconsin or maybe even the United States of America. However, Mr. Brooks, even the SCOTUS has agreed that a non-citizen can be charged with a criminal offense. While I understand you believe your client does not fall under the authority of this court the reality is that he remains in jail at this time and clearly is under the control and authority of the judicial system as he is on trial murder. Your continued objections on this topic are noted and if your client is convicted you may use those objections for an appeal. Now, Mr. Brooks are you and your client ready to move on with the trial?"

These parents have more strength than me because I would’ve kept repeating “No, I didn’t see you hit anyone after you ran over my child.” “No, I didn’t see you strike anyone before you ran over my child.” This is the same man that wants a trial thrown out over a scrape on his pinky and a bruise no one can see, and wants the judge to coddle him about it, yet he is face to face with the parents of the children he RAN OVER and acts like it’s no big deal.
