I came for the sheath and stayed for the awesome idea of using Hard paper
This is incredible. I would be worried how well the blade will hold up since it is made out of paper or thin cardboard. CAn yo comment on the durability of this build?
I think paper or thin cardboard is no problem.
I use paper too for props.

how did you manage to kbiw what kind of form you needed for the sheath?
