Don't know how long I have been listening to this song, but it has been sticking to my childhood and my mind for such a long time. What a beautiful song with such a good growth influence, nostalgia is a real thing after all

It's a memory piece of a couple that shared their past happy moments, a flashback. (Their past). The guy recalls all their past happy memories together *upon receiving news over the phone after their recent break up that she died in a car accident while she packed her stuff and moved out of his place* (the actual ending or current/present). Instead of letting her drive off this time alone with him crying and sleeping on his couch after she left (before he recieves the call she passed away), he uses (The past) memories and feelings to chase after her in his car this time to recount the events that transpired to her car accident resulting in her death. (Dream? An alternate ending possibility) He finds no one in the car because she had already passed away and this was to put into perspective that it was their final goodbye when they broke up and she drove off. (The dream he had after she died and showed he really wanted to change the ending to their break up). Life is short, there are things you can't get back, time is of the essence. Cherish every moment because you'll never know if he/she will be here any longer. All we have is today, right now.

Benjamin Davis And Talk and White Shadows and so, so many more. Coldplay get a lot of haters and undeservedly so. It is one thing to not like them but to say they suck is ridiculous. I am sick of Adam Levine/ Maroon 5… but the guy is a great singer and really good guitar player. They have catchy tunes but I prefer their earlier work. That hardly means they suck.
Luke Heid I like both bands. I love this song. It was great live. That was a headlining tour yet they are not touring in support of the new music. Does anyone know why? Just a few scattered dates and some where they open for U2 this Summer. I was really looking forward to seeing them live again. The last tour was great start to finish.

Life is just a game of living but if the life brings the holy ghost into their soul they have won eternal life for themselves and can she others how to find the right path in their earthly life if they only have faith and believe.. Having a spouse in life only gives them more power in their life to achieve what God wants for all his people to be able to live in Earth.
Hi.. I didn't mind that you guys took the reverese style that "the scientist" did because you didn't used it for the whole video. You guys also didn't just plain up reverse it you inserted a couple of flashbacks in between which made it different from "the scientist". Good job there. My only criticism is that when the "reverse" ended, it feels like you guys got a little bit lazy where you guys just put a lot of fillers of running shots while driving. I think it could have worked with a much faster song but for this one I think not. You could haved prolonged his nostalgia and have the chase a little bit shorter. I knew it was building up to an accident but imo it took ages to get there thus making it a little boring. I like the ending, because it caught me of guard. Somehow I didn't expect her to disappear, so good job there too. All in all, its great. Good job to everyone. P.S. i love OneRepublic!
I thought it was actually a pretty big ripoff of the scientist. How many slow songs by alternative videos are put in reverse. As soon as reverse started I thought of the scientist. They even used some of the same shots, such as leaping over a fence and walking across a railroad.
