1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups cake flour (I use cake flour, but you can use all purpose)
2 teaspoons of a good vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup eggnog ( if you spike yours feel free, this one is not)
3 whole eggs and 1 egg yoke
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
