I don't get youtube. Just looked at your channel and you have well over 1000 videos and only 4k subscribers. I checked out your videos and they are really good. Way better than a some other videos on the same topic. I mean, what in the actual f**k
Thanks Miro, appreciate the words. It can be frustrating at times but it's best to just pushing forward. Thanks for the support!
It's the lunatic algorithm. There are so many exceptional teaching videos on RUclips with low subscribers and views. Try putting the name of your channel at the end of EVERY video title. That's one thing I've noticed with channels that get picked up by the algorithm. Keep pushing. This video has amazing views.
It's all about the title and the thumbnail.. You gotta have both locked down if you want to grow on RUclips because you first have to get people to watch the video in order to have them wanting to come back for more.
It's because marketing channels are grody to RUclips
Well @@StephenGPope I can grow your channel just by giving you some advices according to RUclips and just little bit of changes you need to make to your channel . Feel free to reply to this comments and will try to share more knowledge with you.
Thank you for your video , I have discovered Skool recently and I am really passionate about creating community! If I may say a lot of videos similar to this how I made X amount for short period of time with Skool , however it is clear that you have put a lot of work into this and also that you are a qualified professional with different skills such as building marketing funnels , converting ,upselling and not to mention your core skills content creation , so a lot of work has been put prior making the revenue for approximately 3 weeks just my 2 cents , awesome video and job though no cap!
very valid point, it wasn't solely a community strategy.
Would love to see a video of your airtable content automation process - how you set everything up, how you organise, automations, etc - I find I struggle to manage content organisation and get caught up trying to organise/manage content more than produce it...

Nice job Stephen! Bought the system and enjoying it and the support so far
right on that's really great to hear!
So much value! I need to set this up ASAP for my stuff. Thank you
Very inspirational! Just found your channel and love the way you operate.
Exactly what I'm looking to do, as I can't be bothered with sales calls lol... 1-3k product (perhaps a subscription) and just scale it to the moon.
great minds think alike = )
This video made me subscribe. Good stuff🙌
💪
I have to say, this is one of the best videos I have seen in a while. Thanks! Subscribed :)
🙏
Thank you for sharing this! -- I love the simplicity of the funnel and how you have it mapped out for clarity. Plus bringing to light that it's never done.
One question a bit unrelated to the video content, what tool are you using to draw the arrows on the screen?
it's an mac app called demo pro, thanks for the feedback.
Appreciate that - thank you @@StephenGPope
Hands down most under rated channel
Keep up the great work Steven
🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for sharing!! So many helpful insights!! Appreciate it!!
glad it was helpful!
@@StephenGPope Very much so! Feels like I got a $1000 course for free. I really appreciate it
Absolutely amazing man! The value is insane.
glad it was helpful!
Sheesh 🤯 this is the playbook to skool and hitting the ground running. This is so awesome
🤝
Cheers from Brazil! Your content is amazing. Really good! Keep going.
I just read a comment from 5 months ago saying, 'You have only 4k subs?' But now, I checked, and you have 21k! :)
I remember that! So glad youre here and thank you for the support!
Thanks for sharing, really valuable info
thanks for the feedback!
Thank you for sharing such high value information
🙏
Great! Content... Very valuable
thanks for the feedback Raymond
Great job Stephen, love what you are about. Did you ever get a chance to build that high ticket offer process you were wanting to setup?
nope! too many dreams, too little time!
Agreed with your comment on the end - also don't like the DM stuff to reach out and try and sell to customers - like your approach
thanks you! 🙏
This is excellent.
When they purchase the PAID program do you move them to a different Skool where the paid members are?
the course is in the same group but I do have a Slack channel they can access
Outstanding, man.
thank you!
Cool overview of your Skool strategy and funnel. Curious, what drawing tool or funnel mind map app are you using in this video?
it's a mac app called "Demo Pro"
Damnnn this was sooo valuable!!!
nice, thanks!
I love what you are teaching. Many questions as I watch. For example: Is the funnel created inside of Skool? I'm sure things will become clear as I go through each step. Thanks.
the landing page is on thrivecart
I'd like to hear more on the last point - finding and supporting and encouraging/motivate the core members as I agree that those 20% of 20% say or 10% of 10% are the ones who can really help with a group. What steps do you recommend? Thanks
yea I need to think about it because its not a specific process, its like thoughtful action each day. I'll try and come up with something and tag you in it, if I come up with something good.
thanks for sharing
Muchisimas gracias desde Lima Peru. Un gran abrazo.
🙏
smooth presentation! curious about the pink arrow to point to items on screen? Was this via loom?
its a mac app called "demo pro"
I want it how to access it
Hi man, do I set up a free Skool community first then try to get people into a paid Skool community from there ?
Or could I just set up the paid Skool community from the get go?
you can do either of those, it all depends on your goals and where you're at
You are awesine Stephen! Just one question, at what stage and when do you collect the testimonials? These are from the paid subscribers right? so do you offer them any discount or any freebie to leave the testimonial? What makes them leave the review for me apart from the good product/service?
each week I have a reminder to ask 1-2 clients for testimonials. I've been offering 1 extra month of support for a good testimonial.
@@StephenGPope awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Great video, thank you! How many people go from your free community to your paid program (%)? Thanks!
that's a great question, but I don't have that number.
Thanks for this video. I have a question: If you don’t have testimonies from your course(s) would you use testimonies you have from people working with you?
sure, in the beginning you need to find what you can that gives you credibility
Thanks for the video.
my main concern is how do we make people transition from the free community to paid when the community is brand new and there are no people inside.
do we just offer people presells for a discounted price and then do a big launch or how do we actually go about it?
hey Stephen, great video! how do you blur the url on your video?
My video editor does that
Nice Video, may i ask what presentation tool you use
great content
thanks!
How do you feel about Notion vs Airtable ?
Notion doesn't work well for this type of solution, too flexible not the right automations.
Question: you use a lot of thir party softwares. How much do you spend in a month for all those softwares? Around 1k dollars?
skool is $99/month, ThriveCart was a 1 time purchase. Typeform is $60/month, Zapier is $30/month, about that.
How big is your team to generate 250 pieces of content every week? Are they all international or do you have domestic? What is your total payroll for this team each month?
What is that tool that you use to organize your content?
Airtable -> ruclips.net/video/_IXIzMvcdcE/видео.html
holy sh*t bro is on another level
💪
very nice
Are there people or services out there that would build this out for someone and take a revenue share?
probably
Hey Stephen, If there are any community moderator opportunities available, I would be enthusiastic about the chance to contribute to the community in this capacity. Please let me know if there is a process for applying or if you would like to discuss my qualifications further.
are you in my community? skool.com/content-academy
@@StephenGPope not yet but I want to join the group and work as a moderator. I've 7 years of experience as VA and I worked for a big Udemy instructor, if you want to check I can share my Upwork profile too
What did you use to make your course? , How much did it cost? What did you use to create your course? teachable? could one use an AI generated course?
I used Skool, $97/month. I wouldn't make an AI generated course.
What software do you use for that pink arrow thing.
it's a mac app called demo pro
@@StephenGPope thank you!
Thnx
Sure!
what app/software do you use to draw those arrows? Your recording with loom right?
demo pro its a mac app
@@StephenGPope Thank you 🙏🏼

Nice video

Suppose you are starting from scratch?
everyone starts from scratch
What was your profit?
mostly profit besides my time
How long is the course? Whats the price point? what would you charge as a beginner?
i don't know how long it it, $2K, the price depends on the value you provide not if you're a beginner or not.

250 a week! Why and how 😳
not sure what you mean, re-phrase?
Idk what I’m watching… Is this a “build your own scam course” program?
it's a video that shows you how to make money selling courses on Skool.
