As always just delivering very simple actionable steps! Appreciate the way you teach, I’m getting tons of value in your paid Skool, people are missing out. This is good timing for me, I just posted yesterday that we hit 20 subscribers on RUclips so this takes my excitement to a new level. Thanks Max 🤙
Max, great illustration and easy to follow. Quick question brother - How are you pitching the paid community to your on-boarding calls? Ex; are you generally just letting them known it exists or are you trying to close them on the paid community and have them signed up on that call aswell. Transition is very methodical to me and would love to see your process on this.
Just know, 2 communities = $200 a month & you better be willing to spend twice as much on ads if you plan to compete AND have real results from the products you’re selling
It is worthy to grow at least 10k followers on ig or tiktok then send them to free community and then when you have at least 500 in free community then start another one where they pay you this way you risk wayyyy lesss 💯💯💯
Fantastic breakdown! Leveraging organic traffic channels like RUclips and Instagram, coupled with a strategic approach to conversion and retention, is key to building a successful income stream on Skool. Consistency and value are paramount for sustained growth and engagement. 🔥
Honestly I'd do the exact same setup :) Free community with free onboarding calls into the paid community. Alternatively you can sell anything on those calls, even if you have something more high-ticket. But I'd 100% have the traffic, free community & free 1-1 calls :)
@@MaxPerzon great my man!! Guessing traffic is probably the most important thing then offer or could be the other way round actually thinking about it 🤔
Amazing video! Quick question: do you send Instagram traffic directly to the masterclass (so your optin then a CTA to the free community) or do you send directly to the free skool (and so once people have joined, they can see the masterclass)?
@@MaxPerzon email marketing for paid course with the help of GHL, copywriting for ads and also landing page designing, also show us how is your daily life if possible
Great info. Thank you!! Question, how do you set up the paid community, since the first one was free, I understand I have to connect stripe but where and how?
Hey Max great video. I had a question. I’ve started my free community, it currently has 32 members, and I’ve written the draft of my free course. Should I focus my time on building my RUclips channel to generate traffic first? Or do you recommend I get the course finished so that the community isn’t in Beta. I just hit 1k subs on RUclips and want to ride that momentum for a bit. What do you think?
What's the difference between the content in the free vs paid? Why would someone go to the paid group if they're already getting their fix from the free?
I think free content get you started with the basics. Then when you’re equipped with the basics, you will need to upskill the more advanced skills, that’s when the paid becomes valuable. Advanced skills for a total beginner provide no value because of the knowledge gap.
My favorite part about this (besides all the life changing content) is doggo in the background
He's the brother in arms ❤

Love to hear it Lee! All in or nothing :))

Hey man great video. I have a question
How does it translate to fitness trainers / online coaches in the fitness space ?
Honestly I'd do the exact same setup :) Free community with free onboarding calls into the paid community. Alternatively you can sell anything on those calls, even if you have something more high-ticket. But I'd 100% have the traffic, free community & free 1-1 calls :)

I send them to the free Skool about page, correct :)
Max it would fun to get overview on your insides how exactly this works for you
Sure! What exactly would you like to see? The inside of the paid community? Or the ads? Anything specific? :)

I'm totally on board with that idea, just not sure about the specific implementation or distinction

Free talks strategy. Paid talks tactics 💯
Free one put some valuable courses then i paid one add group calls are more courses etc 10% in free community then 90% they'll get it in the paid one
Thanks, I’m ready to sell stretchy pants now. Let’s do. Max Stretch.
Let's do it! :p
