Is this 10% on the total revenue? So if its a $12000 product, upon cash, we get $1200 to the sales person? We are doing 25% for the "sales and marketing" dept to generate leads and clos ethem, so the dept head figures out that split. So of course he pays himself 90% for closing.

Great info for big ticket coaching programs. What strategy do you recommend for lower price points, like $500 or $750?

What kind of business you are dealing with? Is this dealing in consumer goods?
