Just ask any Malaysian if you have problems.. but be careful not to ask immigrant workers.. they might not understand English. Hope you have a nice time in Malaysia.
Oh really, we should have been more confident to ask for help. There were some really lovely people in Kuala Lumpur. I am unsure who were migrant workers and who were locals to be honest. But the ones who were friendly really stood out as most people just went about their day (like I would too in my hometown).

The food looks soooooo good!!! I love how the ice cream shop looks! The ice cream looks amazing! This place looks so fun and great for an adventure, what a view from the towers! 😮😊
This was a great adventure, even though you had to do some running around to print the tickets and then the rain tried to spoil it, the view from the tower was still amazing!!!
Haha yeh, just showing off my "caught off guard / relaxed travel planning" style. I don't think I've run that much in a long time. I was so puffed on my return, but also so proud I found a cafe with free wifi 🙌to get into my email to get the tickets - and we ended up going back to that cafe after to have a coffee and croissant - and it was AMAZING @bachacoffee thank you so much for your delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful decor, definitely recommend them 🥰 But yea, petronas towers was cool, definitely worth visiting if youre in Kuala Lumpur. 👍
What a wonderful video with your exploration in KL. Hope that you guys have had a good time especially when visiting KLCC and the beautiful iconic Petronas Twin Towers.
@@Yasin_Affandi Petronas Towers was fun. We enjoyed learning about Petronas as we never knew the company name other than in relation to the Twin Towers. Was a funny day spent half the time getting a bit lost but thats all part of it 🤣
@@FAMBAM_AUS Wonderful. Well, one of the most important part of traveling and its journey is experiencing a good time even when plans don't go that smooth as you want them to be. 😀
The breakfast food looked good. oooo a lolly and ice cream shop! Awwwww what a shame that brekky didn't taste nice. It looked nice though! lol A paste and not ice cream..... But it's in an ice cream cone... hahaha The Ninja Jungle gym looks pretty cool. I reckon Shannon would love that place! Filming yourself on the tv screen at the top of the towers hehe That view is amazing though. So high up!!!
@@OurBusyAussieFamilyOBAF2 Haha nah, bit dissapointed with that breakfast, our dishes werent the 'norm' Livs omelete was good though. Did you see my measly little cut strawberry on my french toast. Could you spare 2? 🤣🤣 Yeh that chestnut paste, was tasty but WAY too thick. I wanted to scrape it off into the bin and eat the ice cream beneath but all the bins were those ones that have that big cover thing over it 🤦♀️ Yeh the little jungle place was fun for Olive. Suuuuper cheap compared to the ones here in Qld. We didnt get to try the indoor rollercoaster and themepark as we had to get back to go to the Petronas Towers - which we almost couldnt do as I couldnt download our tickets 🤣🤣🤣
Well,.....when travelling try the local food, of course they won't make western breakfastthe way u make it as they adapted the taste to how malaysian like it...fyi strawberries r expensive here, thus the minimal amount of it...
Oh absolutely, we were planning to try more of the local food (we love it!!!) until my husband became sick and just wanted more home comforts. We missed Jalan Alor markets which I was upset about, but at least it gives us more of a reason to return among other things. Interesting about the strawberries. Didn't know that.
@@FAMBAM_AUS you can try and find food in Kg Baru too, jalan Alor mostly chinese ....and also brickfields for indiam... Try Mansion Tea House for breakfast of roti cqnqi and teh tarik...
Immigrants workers normally are from bangladesh, pakistan,Rohingya, indonesian, always be extra careful because some might came illegally but they blend with the locals.Try speaking in english,if they hardly understand or stuttering then you know they are not locals.Majority malaysian can speak english, some may not fluent but still they understand.
@@nurhidayahabdullah1548 I dont recall noticing anyone who didnt speak any english or whether or not they were possibly immigrant workers. Is there a problem with illegal immigrants in Malaysia? What would be the reason a tourist may need to know the difference, are they involved in shady stuff?
