Lindy Chamberlain did not kill her baby, Azaria. Lindy took her very much alive to the barbecue area to show to other visitors at the camp site and after a few minutes she returned her to the tent and went back to the barbecue area. That was proven in court as witnesses attested. But at the time it was like the entire country had fallen under some psychological spell. It seemed they would much prefer that a mother would brutally kill her own baby than accept that the child was taken and eaten by wild animals. Yet that is what happened. Dingoes are wild animals and must behave according to their true nature. It was horrible while the trial lasted and quite shameful. Over the years since there have been frequent attacks by dingoes on children in camping areas where dingoes hang around and scavenge for food.
I read only last week on the Australian Geographic site - * Marree Man is of more recent origin. Located 60km north-west of the tiny town of Marree, it was first spotted from the air by a local pilot in 1998. Investigations were immediately launched into the work, which is 4.2km long and shows a man hunting with a stick. so many different theories. * Investigations centred for a while around the US Army, thanks to the Man’s proximity to the joint US-Australian defence projects of the Woomera Prohibited Area, and the sending of press releases purporting to be written by its creator that included US terminology. In 1999 a plaque was discovered near the Man’s head showing a US flag. * Another possibility is that it was created by SA artist Bardius Goldberg, reported by the Adelaide Advertiser to have told friends he’d been commissioned - and paid $10,000 - to create an artwork visible from space. * Phil Turner has his own idea. “In 1998 that land was being fiercely contested for native title claims by a number of Aboriginal groups,” he says. (The Marree Man is located on land held under native title since 2012 by the Arabana Aboriginal Corporation.) “The hair and the headband on the Marree Man, that was not an Arabana practice. That was more associated with someone from the Musgrave Ranges. So why would there be an image of someone from the Musgrave Ranges in Arabana territory? (Lots more I didn’t paste in here. U can read yourself. (But only discovered in 1998 🤔)
Some are explainable, but the story of those two boys is a big mystery and so tragic! It was the bosses responsibility to give them safety advice for a start - like never leave your vehicle, always carry water! It looks likely they became disoriented or even met with another person!? Whose gun was it?? 🤨
They got lost on a seismic grid which is basically a crosshatched plan of tracks cut by a grader. The 4WD they were in only had two wheel drive working and they got it bogged on the grid. One died of thirst and the other committed suicide. It was a tragedy of two city kids way out of their depths and some bush people unable to take that info on board and handle it.
The Maree man is not holding a Boomerang! It's a Womera, Which is a stick that fits in the end of a spear & used to throw the spear harder & further Than with the arm alone.
Been followed by the minmin . Driving from Alice springs to Darwin at night (never again) followed for hours lights sitting ontop of each other. Had been watching in the mirror for hours until finally said what the hell is that then everyone else in the car was like we were wondering the same thing. Was travelling in a 2car convoy and the car in front also had eyes on the lights and thinking why are we not speeding up to get away from the lights. You also see lights in the distance coming toward you and you think they are oncoming vehicles but no vehicles end up passing you.. Its weird.
🐨But we do… The Great Sandy Desert is a desert located in the North West of Western Australia it is between the Pilbara and southern Kimberley regions. It is the second largest desert in Australia after the Great Victoria Desert and encompasses an area of 284,993 square kilometres. --- I had no idea we had a desert like that here… I had to Google it lol then I seen your comment - ✌️😝🫸🫷😜👍 Hi5 we both learned something today ☺️
Azaria means sacrifice..no wonder they didn't believe the mother that a dingo took the baby...we stayed at the camp ground at ayres Rock when l was 12 in 1975 dingos we could hand feed.l was kicking my football around it went near this couples camp the man that was watching me picked my footy up and looked at it strangely..he was American he threw it back to me.
Have u watched vid on RUclips called - Wild Dingo Steals Baby While Parents Sleep. You can see real dingo teeth marks in child’s head and doctors explanation . It was posted 5 years ago, so not really old.

So much of the images are not of Australia. We don’t have deserts that look like the Sahara. Flora Station does not look like a lush green canyon.

@ yes, you’re dead right. I hadn’t realised that there were stretches of the Sandy Desert that were as pale and lacking vegetation as the Sahara.
