Hi Neil. I use a running belt. It is designed for joggers and runners to hold things like cell phones and car keys. Some even have compartments for small water bottles or snack bars. One compartment on mine zips shut. That is the one I put the harmonica in. The other two pockets do not zip up, but the way it is designed I believe a harmonica would not fall out. I've never had anything fall out (I also use them for running). This also keeps the harp close to your body for some warmth. I'll post this over at Slidemeister also.
