- Since I lowered my car and want to achieve better fitment, so I needed to install spacers and a stud conversion kit. I think the studs look way cleaner than normal lugs. It's a functional and stylish upgrade. The studs make it a lot easier to install the wheel spacers and take your wheels on and off. My car could use a little more drop but I can't do that because if I drop it anymore than I will be scraping in my neighborhood and driveway (more often than I already do lol). Maybe next year I'll be in a different place and be able to order a coilover set. That's the plan anyways.

I was running 12 and 15 on my OEM’s. 15 up front is a little too much if you run flush fitment on coils. Springs front is usually up a little so you can run 15 most likely, but I think 12 is best. Never thought to do a stud conversion.
Yeah I could have ran 15 in the front but the poke was a lil much for me when we tried it at the shop. Having studs is nice. Thanks for checking out the vid!

Bro if you plan on keeping that car long term, you should ppf the front Bumper, Headlights, Hood, Windshield, and mirror caps
For sure!! Check out one of my previous videos where I have the front bumper, and headlights PPF. No need for windshield being done in FL, if it cracks we get it replaced for free through insurance.

Do you need another set of wheelbolts when having these spacers? Or could you still use the same ones?
Yeah for 10mm> I’d recommend just buying extended lugs to be safe or do the stud conversion. You want there to be enough thread to secure the wheel properly

Stock so 225 front and 255 rear

i am about to add spacer, 12 front, 15nack. what has been your experience, pros vs cons. i have 2018 340 xdrive. it is that bad for suspension? (m package, standard suspension), thanks if you can comment on this
It’s just going to cause a little bit more wear and tear on the control arms over time since you’re adding more space in between the hub and the actual wheel. For some better fitment, it’s worth it IMO

The best way to ruin a sporty set-up, especially with a car like yours, is to put spacers on the wheels! If you really wanted to do a good job you had to replace the rims by putting them with a minor ET.
I know the cons of running spacers but how would you say it ruins it? I don’t think it’s a huge deal but you have a point! That’s why I did end up getting new wheels with correct offset. No more spacers now! 🤙🏼
