In most of the verbs in Hebrew, the ending "e" (like in שׁוֹתֶה) is the masculine version, and the ending "a" (like in שׁוֹתָה) is the feminine version. In the שְׁלוֹמֵךְ/שְׁלוֹמְךָ case it's affiliation, (שְׁלוֹמֵךְ - your peace, feminine for example) so it works differently. These dots and lines in Hebrew are called "nikud" נִקּוּד and because there are no vowels in Hebrew they tell you how to pronounce each letter. Also the r (ר) sound is from your throat, not your tongue, so it's not rolling, more flat. Good luck with learning hebrew, and your asmr is great and very relaxing 🫶🏼

There are some Israeli accents that do roll the r’s a bit, I see it sometimes with Mizrachi Jews I think. As I grew up, I noticed that there are quite a few different accents depending on if the person is Ashkenazi, Sephardi, mizrachi, etc. It’s not super drastic, it’s just slight differences in the way they pronounce certain letters
