A dialect is just each country destroying the Arabic language in its own way. It's just mistakes in Arabic or foreign words that entered the language and were spoken incorrectly, which have been passed down through generations. I would not recommend learning dialects; stay with the real language. Listen to the Quran; you will hear the real pure Arabic language without any mistakes. By the way, you're really good. Well done.
