And the pc game Viper Racing (1998) of course! Had incredible realism in how a Viper drives. The best of it, you could upgrade your own Viper throughout your career. Like levels exhaust, drive train, engine, tires, roller bars, etc. Its quite old now (1998), but it was fun and you even learned some skills on how to handle a real car.

Idc what anyone says. Seeing a Viper is rarer than seeing a Lamborghini or Ferrari. I know children love things like Lamborghini’s & supercars of that nature, but that’s because they see them on games, music videos, etc. You can go to places like LA & Miami to see cars like that, but the likelihood of you seeing a Viper on the road while you’re in LA or Miami are literally slim to none. My all-time favorite car (other than a ‘70 GTO) is the Dodge Viper, preferably older models. The rarity of seeing the car makes it that much better.

What I wouldn't do to drive one of these badboys... I've dreamt of getting behind the wheel of a Viper GTS since I was a kid.
I met a dude who had a first gen GTS, he let me sit in it while idling, was a dream come true lol. One of my few dreams. Said he drove to Detroit to pick it up, and drove it all the way to California! Few years back, when it was new. Told me today he refueled it and he was getting 6.8 mpg lol

+Micky Kay This has been my dream car since I was little, there was a racing modified one not far from where I live back then, similar to the race mod ones in the original gran turismo with the orange headlights. Was a dream to look at. I almost got a ride in one too about 10 years ago, it was the original GTS, red all over with the registration plate SN4K3. I had my BMX with me at a time so that was a bummer. The owner did a burnout for me though when he drove off lol. Just to be able to sit in one would be a dream come true.

If the stripes are factory, I'd think that'd narrow down the year choice to maybe a 2002 FE? But I may be wrong on that if other model years of Gen2 GTSs offered red/white stripes - it's been too long since I was into Vipers
