I chose the Kia Cerato Hatch over the I30 because...no front sensors on all hyundai, inbuilt sat nav with a bigger screen, leather heated seats. Love it!
I have to agree. That was very much our assessment when we made our purchase for a cerato. Plus the dealer gave us more on our trade in than what Hyundai offered us.
I bought exactly this model in black metallic after years of Japanese cars and I must admit I’m very impressed with it after 12 months ownership. Feels more like a Camry sized car rather than a Corolla, great on long trips & my wife loves it as two sets of golf bags & trundlers fit easily into the boot. My only gripe is that it isn’t supplied with a paper handbook so it has been a bit of a hassle using the info screen, as I am a youthful 80 year old & quite techno savvy, but it has taken almost a year to getting used to setting up the GPS, but the 7 year warranty appealed to me over 5 years for the Hyundai which to me has a grille design only an alien could love.
My guy this is a second video I'm watching ( first it was the hatchback). I must say, this is what I've been looking for a reality review. A review that details what the people that buys these cars need to know. Please include the fuel consumption, the infortainment systerm fully and when detaling the fuel consumption please atleast right the figures on screen in a metrc systerm if you are reviewing in an imperial systerm and visa vesa. Above all thank you so much for the good work.
Thanks for the feedback man! Will give it a go for the next reviews we do. Cheers for watching and keep an eye on the next couple of videos for those stats.
Thanks for the review. Just out of interest, during the review you mentioned that the sedan's boot space is 434 litres. This is SAE measurement. Using the VDA measurement that is mainly used in Australia, the sedan is 502 litres, which is a great size, and it is 428 litres for the hatch, according to Kia Aust'. Thanks for showing how the boot looks with the rear seats folded down. I always appreciate seeing that. Keep up the good work. Cheers. :)
Nice to see you using the speed limiter function @8:11 - this is one of my most used features that doesn't get a lot of attention (super strict on speed limits here in Hookturnistan/Victoria). It seems to be more of a hidden feature in the MY22 (hold down cruise?) compared to the MY19+ Cerato (double press).
@@ProductReviewCars slightly shorter but wheelbase is the same. The luggage area is smaller in the hatch but more practical as it has a larger opening. Only because you mentioned it has more legroom than the hatch. All good 👌
Love the looks n driving dynamics of sedans over the suvs. Can u pl make a vid on Camry Sport in Ascent hybrid n skoda octavia plz. I'm planning to buy a car around $40k. Would love ur thoughts on skoda octavia or Camry.

If I want to keep reviewing cars in Aus, it’s a must use feature haha.
Great review, very honest and bring up some good points.
Cheers!
Ummm... you'll find that unlike the Corolla, the Cerato hatch has the exact same wheelbase as the sedan and exactly the same rear legroom.
The hatch is actually shorter than the sedan, but the sedan is slightly narrower than the hatch.

Good info and presentation shared to potential Cerato owners
Thank you for watching! Greatly appreciate that.
A gorgeous looking car and a genuinely willing and lovely car to live with😃

Thank you for watching! I'm very keen to review both, however just need to convince Toyota and Skoda to give us some cars soon haha.
