Hi molly n tom and family ..l was a roadie for bands in the eighties..l was loading our equipment into a canteen in a high school in Melbourne l think it was nunawading high anyway 3 girls came walking towards me arm in arm as l was pushing a road case down the corridor well kylie monogue was in the middle they stoped me and asked me the name of our band the girls were about 14 kilie had currly hair the other girls said she going to be famous ..also we worked with inxs ..l had a few drinks but not actually drinks if you know what l mean with Michael huchence he was a down to earth man just like you and me ...oh l was only 18 l was wearing a high school jumper just cause l liked the color kilie asked me what school it was from ..so l told her it was my sisters jumper from Leongatha the town l was born in Victoria..I'm almost 60 l just ride my dirt bike motorcross style riding in the forests these days and make music /songs.and beach and camping koals above our tent a few weeks ago its such a hard life in Australia 🇦🇺.cheers
Would you rather live in Sydney or Brisbane? I’m planning to go to Aus this autumn on a working holiday visa and not sure which place to choose for good work opportunities but also good beach life 😃🐙🐚🌴…or even Gold Coast? Not sure about job opportunities there though.
I lived in Sydney and Brisbane, I loved Brisbane more opportunities Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast not far from Brisbane, I personally found the people friendlier in Brisbane as well
@@lucking1 thanks for your insight! At the beginning I wouldn’t have a car so relying on public transport is better in Sydney in terms of reaching the beaches? From Brisbane I see that it’s rather a day trip to get to the nearest beach and a car might be needed.
