  • This News 8 archive footage shows civil rights and labor movement activist Cesar Chavez as he made his way through San Diego in 1975. According to the United Farm Workers website, this was part of a 1,000-mile 59-day trek to educate farm workers about their newly-won rights. July 1, 1975. Roberto Salinas report.

    He's. Work still lives in California and other towns. City's. There's lands that need more Mexican workers cuz they're the one that keep Us alive by picking up roots and vegetables and take care of our trees from all the bosses lands they're the one that do the job
