Hi, obviously when you have it on the neck pendant it’s better for the camera to be vertical but then it’s going to be recording in “shorts” mode. Is there no way of getting it to record in landscape while the device is vertical? If not, this seems like a massive oversight that should have been sorted being as this is the 3rd version.

You can wear the camera on the pendent in horizontal or vertical. I never record in vertical cause I make long form videos.

What mode or settings on the cam? I can't get a horizontal video when the cam is vertical.

Hmm it should do it automatically unless there was setting that accidentally was clicked that locks it in place

Good question. Probably the best would be to clip it on a button up shirt so you can hold it vertically in that position
