    I love the video!
FYI mr. Ron, review in the same manner as you test if you are a student. If your test is fill in the blanks then use fill in the blanks questions, and review , review, review. .
Remember the numbers 3, 6, & 9. You want to see it, hear it, live it 3 times and repeat 3 times with 3 timed rejuvenate spaces or breaks in between learning. Which gives ample time to "aquire" or learn. This is good to implement in a short, mid, amd long term strategy, program, and - or curriculum. 👍
Also, re program your subconscious to make learning your number priority by learning or sharpening your learning (either or) in the first 2 hours when your awake and the last 2 hours before sleep.

Is memory palace same as the thing where you give a object to numbers? For example I didn’t think it would actually work lol but I gave numbers 1-10 such as 1 pencil 2 swan and remembered a whole list which I thought was impossible. Then I had a thought. This is the same as a memory palace ain’t it just with numbers?????? Infract memory palace would just be more effort since I’d have to visualise going through a building

I have to stop the video again. NEVER GO FIVE HOURS STRAIGHT OF ANYTHING LOL here is another 5 min rest 15 or 30 min interval learning session. This creates more beginnings (starting points) and ends to our study sessions. We have an easier time recalling the first thing we are learning and the last thing we are learning or encountering during a learning session. This creates more points of references during long study sessions and we are able to have longer periods.
If you got a week to prepare 3 6 9 intervals to sleep and learn. You have to come up with the best rest periods for you amd make sure to get plenty of sleep on last day with light review.
