My wife and I were on karts once, and as we headed up a ramp, she was going not so fast and driving right in the middle of the track such that no one could pass. The guy directly behind her bumped her to get her to move out of the way, and when I saw the DIRTY look she flashed at the guy, I realized: She though it was ME who had had bumped her! : )
From a person who is qualifying for the BIKC (British Indoor Karting Championship) I can confirm this person isn't an idiot.... they just don't have enough awareness to not accidentally hit other people in braking zones, though from that other guy who sent him into the barrier.... if anything that guy should of felt another kart on the back of is I mean its not hard to really feel when another kart is rubbing against yours, all you feel is a push to one side which you'd feel through the steering wheel giving you input, so the real idiot here well nlt idiot thats a bit harsh bc no one was rlly driving aggressively besides the guy who we had an on board cam on, but yh the so called "idiot" AKA the non aware, person which is in the purple/blue suit.

The PilotMaster actually most passes occur from the inside of the corner as it is slightly shorter. passing on the outside is a bit more difficult. however on a road course or a kart track the outside and inside change often.
Metal Thunder You are correct, although I think he means to bring up the way he passed in the corner. It's one thing to pass on the inside, but it's another to cut someone else's line and push them towards the outside. And on a full size racetrack is actually quite dangerous and rude nonetheless

This was cheesy. I was hoping for a crash not a bump. That being said, one of my favorite memories were when me, my husband and my daddy went to the go carts tracks in Orlando. We were on the slippery track. Dad and my husband were trying to race because daddy always tried to one up him. My daddy was a hilarious man. Always had you laughing. My husband is the same. I was laughing so hard I was slipping everywhere. We had the track to ourselves. That was 30 yrs ago. I lost my dad 3 months ago. Thank you for allowing me to share. I miss him very much.
The maneuver of cornering a rival against the wall is very ugly, but the first-person pilot in the video sought contact 3 times before the accident using the rival in front as a brake. Karma
Never underestimate a go-kart accident. Have fun, take reasonable risks, but don't willfully endanger yourself and others. I witnessed a lad crash at around 20mph and end up in hospital because he bit right through his tongue with the force of the impact.
