What do you say then, to a woman born disabled who has never married but has longed to, is unable to care for herself completely let alone a child. Where is my place in the TOB?
You can share in Divine Union with God and God can give you double Glory for your suffering, if only you learn to trust more in His Power and Love than your weaknesses! Nothing is impossible for God! Im praying for you 🙏 ❤️ God 🌿 bless you forever 🌿 ✨️ 🙏
"When fertility gets erased from the equation, we are erasing the likeness of GOD"... What if a woman or man is no longer fertile? What if a woman had to make a decision on having a life saving surgery by having a partial hysterectomy or die from internal bleeding? Do they "erase the image of GOD with-in them" by those choices?
This is a very good question. I'm going to try and explain my thoughts. We live in a broken world. I have depression, and I sometimes think about that in combination with God in my life. God is joy, so why am I sad? But my depression shows that nothing is perfect, not the world, not even our relationship with God. Does that mean I'm not a good christian? No. It means that even though my relationship with God is strong, the (broken) world overwhelms me. I also believe that God has a plan. And apparently this is His plan with me. I trust Him in that. Now to answer your specific question. No, they don't erase the image of God within them by these interventions. God is Holy and God is love. And 'having intercourse' is a way to get closer to the Love of our Holy God. He created it so we could experience true love. I think fertility is something beautiful. God gave us a gift of being able to literally create another human, as humanbeings we have been given the gift of love, possibly resulting in a child. I think that on its own is the image of God within us. Not being fertile does not change that fact at all.
In the example you give, no matter what option is chosen, the woman will not bear more children, therefore the option which preserves her life is the better one. However practices of sterilization are very rarely such a matter of life and death. We have no right to sterilize ourselves to purposefully prevent God's work of creating new life through us. But if it should happen as a necessity of some greater good, such as saving a life, then it is permissible.
You can still share in Divine love with eachother = life giving communion with each other! and know that God always has a plans better than the plans we could ever make for ourselves! But on the condition that we need to trust more in His Power and Love than our weaknesses! God can do all things for those who ❤️ Him, much more than we can imagine or ask for! God 🌿 bless you
I’ve watched this video 3x already and each time, I learn something new. Thank you for these lessons
Sex is sacred because through it we participate in the divine work of creating human life.
Thank you for posting this! It's so mind blowing, I can't believe that we have such a God as this!
He's truly a God you couldn't come up with!
'The primacy of Christ
His truth is stamped on all of creation from the beginning.

@@robzye2991 hey, thank you for your reply. I don’t remember posting this as it was three years ago but your comment remains relevant.

It’s more of a sign of a broken world where not everything, like our fertility, works like it should
@@faithbreathes9598 That doesn't answer the question.
