    I did your standing ballet bar class, then followed with this seated version, my goodness, the seated is far more challenging! more like this please. great for my flabby tummy!

    This looks perfect for tomorrow, I need something on the lighter side. I did your Seated Dumbbell Workout for Limited ROM, twice yesterday. Today I went to the pool and walked/jogged for a km in 1.2 metres of water, breaking every 250m for stretches and deep squats in 90cm of water. I never knew I had the flexibility to actually get to the bottom of a deep squat. Thanks for these videos, I've got passed the mental block I had with exercise.

    Meredith, to be honest, I didn't think this was going to be a difficult workout. Boy was I surprised lifting both legs at once and then crossing the left and right leg towards the end stretching my hips. I could barely do them. Thank you and I realize sitting in a chair for 15 years for 10 hours a day. I can take a 18-minute break and get a real workout.

    Greetings from a young senior in Singapore! I have been following your resistance bands workouts since the beginning of the year as I need to build up muscle mass and lifting weights might be too much for me. Just about 3 weeks, I had a fracture of the 5th metatarsal and am now on air boot. I am now following your seated stretches and mobility workouts as well to keep myself fit while having no impact on my injured foot. It really helped me as I am aching all over with the uneven walking. Especially I will do the calming stretches before bed, and stretches in bed to relax the stiff muscles! I have donated and I hope you will keep on making these great videos!

    Wow! I actually improved from the last time I tried this and got my feet off the ground. I have to say your basic hip stretch routine has been a tremendous help in my overall flexibility! I used to have hip pain and it was pretty intense at times but your Hip stretch video made all the difference and helped me improve on THIS routine. Thank you, Meredith!🌞💓

    Great workout - thankyou. My chiropractor referred your videos to me and I'm so glad he did. He said to do them twice a day but I'm currently only doing once a day but aiming to increase to twice a day. I love your top in this video can you advise please where you purchased it. Thanks

    Meredith I'm thinking about adding this video to my routine. Can you please tell me if Pilates is considered stretching, strengthening or cardio?

      Pilates can be all of the above...it is especially a core strengthening workout, along with stretching of the body, and cardio when the moves go together quickly. Enjoy!!
