The "Anchor Sisters" were spotted by me as members of the Navy Sea Chanters, Washington DC. Wonderful as usual!

Was this a rehearsal ? I noticed those "circus" people crossing in the background
It was not a rehearsal, as I was in the audience for it.. The folks you saw in the background were members of a Chicago based performance group.
Different Corps do this all the time.
