      When it stops raining I'll make a video of the washing machine motor again on test bench as a motor and a gen .or my be 2 in 1.but having it working as a motor with missing phases that are used for the gen side all in one .the motor seems to not be so grunty in the starting point.thay are good to muck around with tho .I'll make a e bike battery charger with one 😁👍🌟72 volts

    For faster RPM you have to have less poles.
    For a 36 pole Stator You will need to rewire the motor from 12 pole to 6,4, or 2 pole (Ex: In series wire the stators in the same direction Clockwise or Counter clockwise as long as it's the same. Stators wired in series below.
    2-pole A phase [1-2-3-4-5-6]----[19-20-21-22-23-24] B phase [7-8-9-10-11-12]----[25-26-27-28-29-30] C phase [13-14-15-16-17-18]----[31-32-33-34-35-36]
    4 pole A phase [1-2-3]----[10-11-12]----[19-20-21]----[28-29-30] B phase [4-5-6]----[13-14-15]----[22-23-24]----[31-32-33] C phase [7-8-9]----[16-17-18]----[25-26-27]----[34-35-36]
    6 pole A phase [1-2]----[7-8]----[13-14]----[19-20]----[25-26]----[31-32] B phase [3-4]----[9-10]----[15-16]----[21-22]----[27-28]----[33-34] C phase [5-6]----[11-12]----[17-18]----[23-24]----[29-30]----[35-36]
    12 pole A phase [1-4-7-10-13-16-19-22-25-28-31-34] B phase [2-5-8-11-14-17-20-23-26-29-32-35] C phase [3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24-27-30-33-36]
    WYE Configuration Power line goes into each one of the Start phase from your controller ABC The End phases ABC are join together as Common.
    Phase A-Start-line Phase A end
    Phase B-Start -line Phase B end
    Phase C-Start-line Phase C end
    Delta Configuration
    Blue Power Line A------>Phase A-Start-line----->Phase B end
    Green Power Line B---->Phase B-Start -line---->Phase C end
    Yellow PowerLine C---->Phase C-Start-line----->Phase A end

    To get higher speed from a stock smart drive motor all you need to do is reduce the amount of poles in each phase say just use the first one or two poles in each phase by cutting the jumper wire to the next one, after the 3 jumper wires have been severed tie the ends just cut together. Then solder the connection . Next take the severed ends from the remaining pickups and solder on 3 new leads insolate connections accordingly. You now have a duel speed motor both 3 phase or a motor and an alternator in one... 😎

    Tristan I have a question did you wire this motor and decrease the pole count to increase RPM. Also What voltage are you running to this motor Because there are controllers that are 340 volt DC and 160 DC you can use that will it rotate like you never seen before.

      Allsome thank you heeps I took that motor out of the bike and put in a 90amp car alternator but I'm going to be putting the washing machine motor in another bike soon.

      My controler I used was to powerful after I rewired it .100 volts at 3000 watts was to much

      My new wiring covers 12 poles and then the 3 wires get soldered at the end .there is 3 lots of 12 in the 36 pole motor witch means it's a 3 X 48 volt motor 🌟😁🎉👌

      @@tristanmcnabb2741 of course we understand. Quick question you said you rewired one of the motor stators with larger wire. As a result you had increased RPM. Did you try to apply a larger DC controller to the same stator with smaller wire for this like a 48 to 80 volt controller?

      Wired for Delta or Star since star give you more torque and Delta would give you more RPM just incase for those who don’t know

      Also have you tried to wire the stator for single phase as your generator. And depending on your turn ratio. This would give you a higher voltage, but you of course would need another motor to run this to spin the magneto around the stator coil.

      I did think about using the 3000 watt controller at 72 v with the factory wire stator and see if that works well but it's still will only be under 50 kph in speed and every witch way I look at this motor I think the alternator will be faster 😁👍🌟 all some from cruzermans inventions 😁🎉
