I'd say 13-18. I have yet to see 2 without a bonus. Ask around though, i can only speak on what I've done.

B4 orientation to Dubuque Iowa, I was placed to work as company driver. Sent their paperwork to complete but things didn't make sense at all. Understand federal/state and SS taxes are must but more deductions behalf interest. Nahhh worthy i say went you mixing company and lease drivers gives them leverage who gets the whole pie.

Man. It’s a glorified company driver position. That’s why no one gets a brand new truck. 3 people have been in them before you step in while they try getting each person to pay full price. How many miles did the truck have when you got it?

That's not a bad lease contract, I think the sliding pay scale is unique because u guys turn down less loads, keep up the good work

Hirschbach lease is a rip off. Don't walk run away from them. They use gimmicks and bait and switch tactics to short drivers. Don't do it if you have a family, car payments, apartment rent, a mortgage payment, need food, clothes, or any type of medical care. Also if you enjoy micromanaging and driver facing cameras then they are definitely the company you want to come to. For those that want to make money, stay away from Hirschbach.

Hvut heavy vehicle use tax..a tax u have to pay to drive on the highway..the total a year is 550..it gets prorated to closer to july 1st in which the year starts all over
