I’m currently still with them but planning my exit soon if it doesn’t get better. I have a wife daughter back home a mortgage bills ect…… the family life…. This job is making it hard to keep up. My wife & I were making more money working the both of us. Now she stays home cause I’m the road… we makes less now. My checks are not consistent & if you think you’re going to be making thousands of dollars you’re not. I can show you to proof to if you would to see my pay stubs. I’m not a lazy person who rejects loads or sleeps past there 10hr reset. If I’m going to be away from my family you better have me running make some money…. I’m not on a vacation I’m here to work….. I honestly don’t think they got the work. I was on a load right that just got split 3 times! Three different drivers got those miles I don’t know what’s going on here…?
You are not honest Hirschbach continue to pay your trainee pay from your ready date while waiting for a trainer YOU can't record your arrival time until you reach the receiver terminal for insurance accuracy. Hirschbach also pay drivers thousands annually in profit sharing bonuses JUST SAY YOU LIED YOU WERE LATE. ONLY 5 minutes is no reason to lie you were 5 minutes late
A liar telling a small or large lie can't be trusted Hirschbach let drivers new drivers complete their contract in 3 months teams while paying ganranteed $1650 weekly 3 months dedicated or 9 months solo
@@kurtsydavis7517 I worked at the main terminal. They monitor the cameras 24/7 even while you are sleeping. Mostly family in the office so they get away with treating you how they feel like treating you.
