Looks like they run a pretty funky maintenance operation(running recaps alongside a half worn out virgin tire). Some cow hauler said to tilt the moose guard, you cycle the key three times, blow the air horn twice, then turn on the four way flashers. What happened, did you already wear out your first truck? I am not knocking anybody but I am curious is there anything different from the lease side and the company side? What are the freedoms, benefits? I have a friend on the company side that's been trying to get me to come over. But he came over when lessor was bought out. He lives in Washington State and claims to be paid by the hour . Something to do with a law that was passed out west. I have 22 years of experience and been with my current employer for the past 13 years. I am a company driver and I get to pick my out bound and in bound loads I get to pick my truck and my color and my vinyl graphics our company trucks are govern at 72 mph and I am home every week. So I am trying to figure why it would benefit me to switch. I am bringing home over a grand a week
