The proper Midwest etiquette is that if you see a car even miles away, you have to wait at the stop sign and then wave them through. This standoff can last for several hours 😂
In the north east they wait until you’re close to cut you off when I go somewhere people drive like they’re supposed to it throws me off
Funny how everyone's feelin the love at the stop signs, but throwing middle fingers on the highway. 😂
Yeah I know 4 real I especially wait when you're in your vehicle and u come up2 a 4-stop intersection and all everybody comes 2 a 4-way stop at the intersection at the same time it's confusing 2 know who goes first I hate that even though everyone is motioning u 2 go at the same time have a good day
🤣
@@AdamGbl95 ain't that the truth on the highway people throwing up the middle finger but at the 4-way 🛑 s people r very confusing and showing respect 4 one another
I absolutely love and enjoy Dave arguing with himself 😂
Maturity is having braaaaaaaaaap-p-p-p with some stu-stu-stu mixed in.
Mo😢u
One-9 is owned by or affiliated with Pilot/Flying J. I filled up at one once and it added to my Pilot rewards card. The ones I've seen tend to be small locations, although one in Georgia on I-75 is pretty decent sized.
Ya the 1-9’s are good to go out here on the west coast Clean shower u can use your pilot/Flying j points & the 1 off I-5 going into Lebanon Oregon has BOMB A** Food, the breakfast burritos 🌯 r off the hook.
Mr. Fuel is also owned by Pilot/Flying J
Love when Dave RANTS !!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I love little towns like these some small enough to only have like 2 stores are my favourite. Thanks for the video Dave!
I figured after the last video, there would be a segment in this one where Dave is verifying his trailer number to make sure it's the correct one.
🤣
I love Dave's epic rants....
I hear ya, Dave. I love trucking through small towns and country roads.
that one 9 used to be a pilot, one 9 is owned by pilot sorta like road ranger used to be part of pilot/flying j
I love your videos ❤They make me so happy
Love when you change the videos up and shows more of your life outside of just trucking
If you ever take I-64 from Huntington, WV to Milton, WV be careful. It's always under construction. The worst part is Huntington, WV to Barboursville, WV. It's been under construction since the 70s (or maybe before then) literally, no joke.
What a cliffhanger! Was not expecting that! lol
Safe travels, Dave.
I just saw this but I live in the Huntington area haha. Ready for that construction to be over for sure.
No way! You live 30 min from me. I work in Huntington, WV for 13 years now. 😲@@RidingWithDave
You are my favorite truck driver I love your videos they always so intertaning.
Love the vids Dave!
Can’t wait to see fan mail vids
Pretty cool seeing you drive through Van Wert! That’s where I live currently 127 is horrible right now with the construction downtown haha. Been watching you for awhile and crazy to see my lil town and everything that I know on video! The 4 way stop you were at on Main Street each light goes through it’s own cycle with a turn arrow, it takes forever and is annoying 😂
Holy crap you went through Van Wert! The light in the middle of town currently only lets one direction go at a time due to the construction, that's why you had to wait. Van Wert is technically a city by population size, just one of the smallest ones in America. lol
God bless you mate lots of love from India 🇮🇳
I enjoy the commentary you do thru the vids. I like driving if I hadn't had a family early I would've drove truck. There is so much of this country I've not seen that I'm gonna. There's nothin wrong with being nice while driven. Alway told "I've got more time than money". Besafe ✌️
Keep on trucking dude
Keep up the good work dave
I do occasionally miss over the road driving... but being home every day is such a blessing lol
I'm 32 and I love my random street races. I have upgraded from the Honda to the C43 AMG now but I still like to zoom zoom
Welcome to my neck of the woods Dave!! I live only 25 minutes from butler! So cool to see u in my state!!
Hey Dave, been a follower since your motovlog days. I even remember teesta James. I just found this video cool because that scale is in my hometown.
Those 6.7 powerstrokes are nice the massage seats are awesome
I love the Jeep IRS deduction. smart.
I been threw Van Wert Many Times, Nice People There Dave.
13:58 dave you are right in pa on us 422 west pilot truck stop there is a huge dip in the road trucks tore it up pretty badly
You're ok Dave, and l'm sure you know who goes 1st when an ambulance, a fire truck , a police car of which all have their lights and sirens going and a post office truck arrive at a 4-way stop sign at the same time.
I liked your videos Dave my brother an I watched every video since you were with CFI 😉👍
Going through Bishop California was pretty neat
Dave try to get a run through Hiltons va if you can please
Thanks!
hi dave, I used to wash for a mobile fleet washing company which very much peaked my interest in trucking. I noticed you wanna drive them country roads living that farm sim life: i dont blame ya i had the same feelings however i had a friend move from illinois to iowa flyover country to hual feed and drive tractor for a co op out there he seems to love it :)
Lol im catching up on your vids and i always LOL 😆 when your ranting its hilarious 😂
I drive through Butler every week. About 15 minutes from my house. Wild
I love the little cubby hole on the Volvo dashboard you can set a GPS up on I hate putting my GPS on the windshield or the dashboard with the suction cup cuz it always falls off at the worst moment when you need it most
I love your vids!
Yay, Dave, a P. O. Box. Loved your video and some good old fashioned bitchin' just makes my day. Stay safe.
Ggggg, Dave a little bit feisty today!
😂😂😂 kept me entertained!
the last the video was funny this one was good to keep them coming😅😂
Our rural mail carrier growing up used to drive a k car station wagon. He sat in the middle when he waa delivering the mail. Rural Ottawa, Canada
Hey Dave, the company I’m with now frequently goes to Tucemseh Packaging Solutions on the far east side of Van Wert.
I’ve driven down that stretch of road numerous times.
Van Wert is certainly a quaint little town!
My Dad lived in Van Wert haha that’s pretty sweet. You pronounced it right Dave.
You crack me up Dave 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey Dave. I was raised not very far from Proctorville. Small world!
Dave, referring to that postal delivery worker, I drive trucks for a recycling company in New Zealand and as you probably know we drive on the left here. My truck can be driven from the right (which in any other vehicle here you would) or from the left. Because we collect from the kerb we drive on the left side of the road obviously but also drive the truck from the left. Also when driving from the left we're not sitting down, we're standing up while driving. They're called LEV's (low entry vehicles). Very tight streets and daily come within centimetres of cars. I love it tho. Thanks for your videos. You're living my dream btw.
Comin thru Oklahoma man all the lil P.O. Dunk towns it goes from 65 down to like 25 in a heartbeat & there’s always a sheriff or a state trooper sitting there with a radar gun just hopin he can hemm u up
I love 10 minutes northwest of Dayton
Wow, we live pretty close! Small world!
From Proctorville to Butler!😉
Damn, you are so fanny, and I like it 😂 Thanks for this awesome video.
tankers take those type routes frequently (the milk tankers)
I often leave a nice gap when passing on ramps and many people just pass it to push in further ahead to save a few meters, silly.
Maysville, Kentucky, I picked up at the same mill when driving fo West Side Transport. I have noticed your videos are not necessarily in chronological order because I wondered, what happened to the Naysville stop? Does not matter to me what order they are in.
I kinda liked going through those country roads, farms, and small towns there in ohio and indiana. Running AZ-TX every week now. OTR days are done for me. Would be nice to have a choice on what loads to take without having to be an Owner Op.
Funniest thing I've heard by far and it is very true, " No matter how small the town is, you gotta have a liquor store!!" 🤣🤣
Marengo, Illinois, is very tight downtown
Omg I live in Ashland ky not far from
Proctorville
Get into hopper bottom hauls and then you will see this much open country road which that's what my pappy is doing he haves a farm house out in the country and it's very peaceful out and found out his favorite thing he usually looks forward at night he'll ride in his side by side and shoots some armadillos out his yard was really fun XD
love from Arkansas :>
I know....Code for FU. Great video!!
Dave are you gonna repaint the focus. A different color if so do red. It will brighten it up. Awesome vlog stay safe I love you bud so much hi Billie jo Hope your doing wonderful With work. And Dave you will always be 35 to be. Don’t care what anyone says that how I see ya 35 year old talented singer Dave young and hip
Since you’re in that South Point/ Proctorville area… wondering if you know of a man named Carl Bonecutter. One of the best truck mechanics to ever live. If you got a truck worked on at the TA in Hurricane, WV in the past decade, you’ve probably met Carl. He’s not like the usual truck stop mechanic that would leave as soon as his shift was over and leave your truck for the night shift new guy. Unfortunately Carl has run into some health issues the past year or so. His wife set up a gofundme and several area organizations have recently held additional fundraisers. Dude needs to raise a good chunk of money for a lung transplant. If you could help in any way, it would be amazing. I’m not really close with Carl or his family, but the guys on the Blue Ribbon Logistics channel are trying to get the word out as well.
One 9 is pilots smaller stores. What happend with the Savannah load lol? Sounds like you want a milk route lol plenty of them where you live
Pilot/Flying J owns One9.
If it weren’t for the trucks you would have no reason to go to the store. Shelves will be empty. I have the utmost respect for the truck drivers.
Awesome video and I enjoy your channel and shout out to Jay channel
Move to Iowa it's like that for me everyday
Got to watch for them Barney Fifes in them small towns....lol
I saw an online truck on i 78 today i think it was in Pennsylvania was like i wonder if that's Dave's truck

One9 is in the Pilot network.
One9 is in the Pilot/Flying J fuel network
Brappp with them on a 2 wheeler. LoL You would own them Dave. 😅
Hi how's it going watching from Broomfield Colorado
Come to Iowa and haul some corn and beans
Slide around that what she said 🤣🤣🤣
I grew up on a farm drove tractors since I was like 8, I miss it so much but we shut down cause the state hates farms and made farming too expensive pretty much every farm around us shut down
When you haul the rolls of paper. Is there any securing them with straps or bars. Mine came on pallets and about 2k weight per roll
Bro Hahahahaha I'm literally playing farming simulator 22 at work while watching this and I busted out laughing when u said it hahah😂 if only I could take a pic lol....I work at a headshop literally get paid to play my Xbox and deal with cool people all day
Ye ha Dave wants to do some farming😊
ONE9 is part of the PFJ network
Now I go to north royalton
Hi dave
One9 is Pilot like Petro is TA
You should name the truck White Lightning ⚡️
Good to see you in my area, Van Wert is approx. 30 miles from where I live in north west Ohio 😁Recognized almost everthing.
Coming soon: Griping with Dave
Did you ever go through Arkansas City, Kansas when you were doing a pickup or a delivery? Reason I ask is because my fiancée lives there
Love you daddy Dave
Some one all ways sticks therer nose into someone's business that they donot need to .Robert from illinois.
I live in Cincinnati, I wouldn't drive through either because of traffic.
One9 is owned by Pilot. “Pilot Flying J has launched the One9 Fuel Network, a nationwide fueling network aimed at smaller fleets.”
Hey Dave when your dispatcher gives you a load their suppose to know if you have enough ⏰to run that load now if you get caught ⬆️in a traffic jam that's life things happen just get in touch with your dispatcher or customer and let them know of your situation it goes a long way 👊🏾stay safe trucker4lif
@RidingWithDave what brand of CB do you use? and what Type of GPS do you use?
One 9 is owned by pilot cause when I worked for pilot a bunch of us went to a new one 9 that was built
I literally drive 68 between Wilmington and Xenia at 68/71. It use to be a pilot. It’s not fun.
