There were no trash cans provided in the apartment. I brought one for the kitchen and bathroom. You’re responsible for your own trash and there should be a trash room located on each floor. :)

Hey! I recommend consulting the emails that’s were sent out. But basically you need a covid test appointment about an hour before your move in appointment. For that you need the appointment barcode (on hem), your daily symptom survey (also on hem), and a form of id (Aggie card works best). And then just print out the barcode on the housing portal for your move-in appointment. And look at the map in the email for parking and the people working should tell you where to go. :)

I’d say just like any apartment, it has both positive and negative aspects. Overall, I liked it because it is affiliated with UC Davis (so you have an individual lease, can have a meal plan, etc), but I know other people who didn’t like having an RA. The buildings themselves are very new. There’s some issues with the wifi, but nothing that bothered me too much. I also just posted an apartment tour with some more info! :)
I’m not too sure. I’ve only really seen the resident parking. On the sides of the buildings there’s some 2 hour parking, but I’m not too sure on the restrictions. :)
The Green is a little different since it’s associated with Student Housing. They have a cost breakdown on the website, and I recommend checking there for more info. Having a double room (sharing a room with one other person) costs less than a single room. A single room (your own room in a shared apartment) costs less than a studio. :)
It depends on availability because the different layouts are limited. There are studio apartments available (where there’s no roommates), but they are more difficult to get. I have my own room, but share a common area with three other roommates. :)

For the dorms the mattresses are twin xl, and at The Green they are standard full beds. :)

They don’t provide TVs so you have to bring your own if you want one. :)

The lease is for about 11 months and goes through the following August depending on what your move in date is. :)

Why can’t I make my move in appointment? I plan to move in on 12th but the move in appointment page on my assignment is totally blank???😂😂
