I never understood why developers build these nice new homes and put them so close to each other. You spend a certain amount of money for such a nice place but I don't want to see what my neighbors are doing next door or in their backyards.
Thank you for sharing. From this tour I am guessing the new "in thing" for the wealthy is DIY closets and pantry. If so, I am not feeling it. For the asking price I expected accent features galore, a completed basement and an awesome outdoor area. Sadly, other than the amount of natural light it has the potential of, this one is somewhat disappointing.
This house has beautiful finishings in the bathrooms & the Kitchen, plus very nice sized entertaining spaces but that's about it for me. For a million dollar house I expected more of a luxurious layout, it almost seems as if some of the rooms were randomly placed. That top floor layout for example was a lil random with the bedrooms setup in my opinion, but nonetheless its a beautiful home.

Looks extremely manufactured and not custom built. This architectural build would have looked better in a read brick definatly
